"Location was the best. You can get all you need for a business trip at Victoria Mall, food, supermarket, money changer, there is even a cinema and a nice LC Waikiki store at level 2 of the mall. Hotel facilities was good, housekeeping can be improved though, first two nights there was quite abit of ants on the table and armchairs. One morning after we came back, the room was tidy but armchairs were missing haha, they forgot to replace the towels as well. Breakfast was ok, passable for a few days. Overall a good hotel, i will still stay there for the location and price"

"I asked, if it's possible, that we leaving at 12. They said, it's OK. 11.55am the phone rings and what can I say... . But the rule it, that I've to leave at 12! Very bad! It's the five'th time I'm at that hotel Today a smaller room isn't possible. If I get that room first, I never come back!!! Very bad!!! I've to call every time the reception, because the doorlocker doesn't work!"

"Very nice, clean and cozy hotel. The bed is very comfortable. Friendly staff. Free and good breakfast. Just about 100m from Lake Victoria. Morning enjoy the breakfast at the balcony could see the beautiful scenery of Lake Victoria. If you wake up early can see the beautiful sunrise. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Will recommend to friends and stay at this hotel if visit Entebbe again."
