"Lovely hotel about 30 min walk from the main sites so ok. On a pretty busy road and our balcony was noisy because of that. The window insulation at night was good though. Breakfasts ok as long as you don’t arrive after tour parties who eat everything and it seems to take them too long to refill. Some mornings no chopped fruit, some mornings no smoked salmon. Room was massive and bed very comfortable. Quiet other than road noise. Pool would have been nice but wasn’t heated at all so in October was freezing and not useable which was a shame"

"We were very happy with the service of this hotel. sanjar helped us with taxi bookings. He stayed up late to welcome us and got up early to see us off. The place is charming and interesting with the collections of vintage paraphernalia. Place is east to get to most attractions. Take his advice on restaurants, we had great meals all the time. Try the samsos which are en route to the Registan and enjoy the birds in the courtyard."

"Beautiful hotel, clean, modern design and great facilities. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to try their breakfast which sounded promising. The spa facilities (pool, sauna and hammam) are very clean and not busy at all. The room was very spacious and even though is a huge hotel it didn’t feel crowded."

"On my last day of independent travel in Samarkand, I had an 8 AM train, so I wouldn't be able to make breakfast. I informed the front desk in advance to prepare the check-in certificate (the small slip of paper) for me in the morning. This is a Uzbekistan regulation; if you've been traveling here for more than three days, border control might randomly check your accommodation certificates from hotels and guesthouses when you exit the country. They also prepared a packed meal for me. The staff member on duty in the morning quickly sorted everything out. Since this hotel is located on a pedestrian street, arriving and departing by ride-sharing service requires going to a spot not far diagonally across from the hotel, then passing through a small gate to a back street to pinpoint the pick-up/drop-off location. For arrivals, contact the hotel beforehand, and they will email you the details. For departures, some ride-sharing drivers might get confused and have trouble finding the spot. It's usually not a big deal, but when we left in the morning, it happened twice, and we almost had to ask the front desk staff to call a car for us."

"Very spacious room with nice breakfast! The staff were super kind and understanding. Located in a quiet street end, it does become quite dark during nighttime, but I didn’t feel threatened at all. The keys are hard to master, though, so I advise people to pay attention to the instructions, I cannot count how many times I was helped by the staff… Overall, this was a great stay near the Registan Square, and I would recommend this place to anyone seeking a good night’s sleep near Registan."

"Gem in Samarkand , love the service , ambience and cleanliness. Room is huge , bed comfortable. The staff attitude is marvellous and customer oriented. Love this place. To the right of hotel , there is barbeque restaurant , cheap and delicious. Both staff that i attached served me , they are humble and very helpful."

"I really didn't expect this Hilton Hotel to be so cheap, and it was far beyond my expectations in every aspect. 1. It's not far from the train station. It's about 30,000 to 40,000 yuan by taxi, more than ten kilometers away. 2. There are very beautiful artificial lawns around, and a clear river. There is also a cement road by the river, where you can take a sightseeing bus. A few yuan is enough. 3. There is also a large children's playground nearby, the fee is super cheap, one project is about 5-10 yuan. There are also some street snacks. There are also dances and other shows in the evening. 4. There is also a ”mosque” connected to the playground, where you can shop and stroll, and there are also very good restaurants to eat, mainly local barbecue, sacs and other real things. The outdoor dining room is very beautiful, with a white marble column base and a carefully carved wooden beam directly on it, supporting the entire roof. This pavilion is by the river, and the side is full of flowers and plants. The environment is very beautiful. The most important thing is that there are no mosquitoes! 5. The hotel's buffet breakfast is also very rich and beautiful. Children aged 5 are free, and children aged 11 are half price. Of course, you can also buy your own breakfast. 6. It is not far from the famous attractions, and it is very cheap to take a taxi here. 7. There is also a super large water park next to the hotel, which is open from 10:00 to 20:00. This hotel is perfect for staying and playing with children."

"The hotel lobby service is very average. The bellhops who drove to the lobby door were not enthusiastic and did not greet guests quickly. You had to call them. The check-in staff were also not enthusiastic and inefficient. Shouldn't they be enthusiastic and quick when you stay for two nights and extend your stay the next day? But the woman was impatient and perfunctory👎; the price is not low for local consumption. A very small room costs more than 1,500 RMB a night. Hilton is a five-star hotel, so shouldn't it provide corresponding services? The hotel's hardware facilities are good, but the soft service training is very poor. Because the hotel is remote and similar to a park, the driver who picked us up could not reach the hotel entrance due to the road closure caused by the local sports meeting, and the hotel shuttle bus was needed to take us out. After the bellhops sent us to the parking lot outside, he didn't even bother to help take the luggage out of the car, and just stood there waiting for us to take it ourselves. I really don't understand how the staff are trained. The service is very poor."

"I stayed on the bottom floor. There's a courtyard right outside, a unique design, and a swimming pool on the rooftop. I forgot to take a photo of the room. The facilities inside are relatively new, the bed is large, and there's a restaurant in the basement. The lobby is a bit smaller than in China, but it has sofas and nuts and apricots on the coffee table. The overall service was great, and the location is also very good. It's only about 10 minutes' walk to Registan Square."

"I stayed in the interior that matched the atmosphere of Samarkand. The interior and exterior of the hotel had a nice atmosphere as shown in the photo, but since the location is in a residential area, there is no restaurant nearby to eat dinner, so I have to walk to the vicinity of the square to eat. ."
