Everything was excellent until the black out happened twice in one morning on our last day at the hotel. ID of the toilets need improvement - need the racks to be spaced out for hanging clothes and towels. WiFi can be improved, randomly getting cut out, not so ideal for working. Heated water in the shower was a tad too hot and couldn't make it colder. Mr T. loves the bidets and the multi-functioned toilet bowls. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide range of selection.
The new hotel is clean and quiet. There is floor heating. The bathroom equipment is imported from China. The air conditioner switch is on the wall of the wine cabinet. The other wall panel is not adjusted. It is a bit puzzling. The curtains are too high. There is no electric control. The pull is not strict and the light leaks. Service attitude is very good. Breakfast is delicious. There is only atm in the lobby without manual exchange. Manual money to go to the opposite Hilton Hotel. The exchange rate is the same as the airport (Hilton has two, not Hilton garden inn)

I didn't take pic of the room as it is basic but spacious enough. The hotel is strategically located in between various sightseeing sites. For travellers who opt for tram and bus, you choose the right location because opposite the hotel just accross the road, there is a tramvay stop and bus stop. Tramvay goes to and for the main train station if you are departing for Tashkent or Bukhara. While bus goes around the city. Take bus 22 to go around the city area such as Registan centre. Take bus 31 to and for airport. Really convenient, affordable, and I highly recommend it.
The facilities are old, so it can't be helped, but there were shops nearby where you can buy daily necessities and simple food, as well as places to eat, so there was no inconvenience.
The owner responded to various requests seriously and quickly and was very helpful
They also arranged a one-day taxi to Shahri Saabs for a reasonable price of $50 (the driver told me it was $80), so I was able to afford a little more.
I enjoyed my stay in good Samarkand

Hotel location is good, quiet in the middle of the village, in the mouth of a village, not far away is a tourist spot. problem: 1. Wifi is too bad, almost no. If you need a computer to go online, you have to go to the third floor, where the signal is okay. 2. Sound insulation is not good. 3. The quilt is a white quilt. If you add the quilt in the cabinet, it is too thick. Even the waiter suggested using only the quilt.
This is the most comfortable hotel I have stayed in in Uz. I am still very satisfied with this place in Samarkand. The hotel environment is very good. The room size is fine for me to live alone. Because the hotels here are not particularly large, it is okay in comparison. There is no way to compare with domestic ones. The hotel service staff are very enthusiastic and you cannot check in early. , at two o'clock in the afternoon, the guy at the front desk asked me to store my luggage and go out for fun. I would come back around one o'clock to go through the formalities. He promised to give me the best room. Well, the room would have a small terrace when I came back, hahaha. I played around in Kazakh Uzi. I only drank latte art coffee for breakfast here, hahaha. It would be even better if the Chinese flag could be hung at the entrance of the hotel. I hope the Ctrip hotel salesperson can help.
Recommended, very good, there are commercial streets around, eating sugar apples, sticking teeth out, dental is not bad, less than 200 German materials are completed. You can walk to various scenic spots.

Outstanding
MMasum_马智良The hotel is situated a bit away from the city center, but it offers a convenient shuttle service and taxis to the center are reasonably priced. As a brand-new establishment, everything during my stay was impeccable.
GGuest UserI liked the hotel very much. It is not located very close to the main attractions of Samarkand. Although, given the prices for taxis, this is not significant. The amenities are a plus - self-service laundry, free washing and drying. You just need to have capsules. The biggest plus of the hotel is the staff, their reverent attitude towards all guests. Thank you very much
MMladenowskiWe were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Although it’s rated 4 stars, it offers amenities and service comparable to some 5-star hotels. Our room was spacious, featuring a balcony, a spotless bathroom, and four complimentary bottles of water although we are a couple. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, arranging our private visit to the SPA and swimming pool, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Breakfast was delicious, with a wider and better selection than some nearby 5-star hotels.
The only downsides were the location of the rooms, which are separate from the main building, the absence of an elevator, and open-air corridors connecting the rooms to the dining and SPA areas. This can be uncomfortable during colder months like February, so dressing warmly is advisable.
This hotel is definitely THE BEST DEAL you can find in the area and it's just 10 minutes walk from the main attraction in Samarkand.
JJiaojiaoThe correspondence between the men at the front desk and the young women was smiling, and it was easy to consult about problems. The interior of the hotel was very nice. Located 20 〜 30 minutes walk from Registan Square and Shahzinda, there was no inconvenience in moving because you can call a taxi conveniently by yangdex go.
I would like to use it next time.
JJomaimendozaVery close to registan square, it is just walking distance. Nice neighborhood, nice scenery. Only issue that i had was that they dont have elevator and we had big luggages but all in all, we had a great stay! Thank you!
GGuest UserAfter getting off the plane, we landed in Tashkent and then went to Samarkand. The attractions in Samarkand (famous mausoleums and museums) are relatively concentrated, which is very suitable for city walks, so this time I chose this hotel very close to Registan Square🏨. A great value choice, not only can you walk to the scenic spots, but the environment is also very quiet. When you open the door, you will see a whole wall of grape vines, which is very interesting. The overall service is very nice, and the English at the front desk can communicate without any barriers. I really like the smell of aromatherapy in the room, it is very sweet. great trip
MMirkozar86Beautiful hotel, clean, modern design and great facilities. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to try their breakfast which sounded promising. The spa facilities (pool, sauna and hammam) are very clean and not busy at all. The room was very spacious and even though is a huge hotel it didn’t feel crowded.
QQuest JourneyColibari Hotel Samarkand – A Cozy Retreat 🌟
Nestled in the historic heart of Samarkand, Colibari Hotel blends modern comfort with classic Uzbek charm. The rooms are clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, offering a restful escape after exploring the city. The friendly staff provides personalized service, making every guest feel welcome. Enjoy a delightful breakfast on the terrace with stunning city views. Conveniently located near major attractions, this hotel is ideal for a relaxing and authentic Samarkand experience.
GGuest UserAfter a few rough nights at a Soviet hotel, words can’t describe how happy I was to see this hotel. The male receptionist was very welcoming when I arrived as he let me check in a bit earlier after a train ride. The breakfast fulfilled my needs as they have fresh fruits, vegetables, yoghurt, eggs, coffee… no complaint. The guy working at the breakfast area was also very helpful. After I finished gym, I went up there. He immediately asked me if I needed water. It shows that he’s attentive. I felt happy staying there. The reason I booked it was the gym. As an active person, I need to work out on my travels. The gym is not fully equipped but it provides with the basics such as a treadmill, a bike and weights. Location wise, it’s not in the center of the tourist spot but it’s walking distance. It took me 15 min to get to Registan. Don’t worry though as Samarkand is pedestrian friendly.
AAnonymous UserIn the alley, very close to the scenic Guer Emir Temple, you can walk to it, the location is very convenient, the terrace can also be seen from a distance, the scenery is good. The hotel is magnificent, the overall decoration of the palace feels golden. The room is small and clean. There are disposable items such as toothbrushes, and the sockets are the same as in China and do not need to be converted. There is no elevator, and large luggage is a bit difficult. When I left, I received a tourist tax according to the head of the person. Children also counted, 51000 sum per person per night, which is similar to the 30 yuan marked by Trip , but some hotels did not charge it and did not know how to price it. There are many varieties of breakfast, relatively rich in taste, and the dining environment is comfortable.
