The overall vibe of the hotel was lovely.However, I must express my disappointment regarding the fire alarm that went off multiple times during the early morning hours without any explanation. This was quite disruptive to my stay.Despite this issue, I highly recommend this hotel. On a separate note, I visited the spa next to the hotel, 'Nature,' and while the services were excellent, I was shocked to learn about their labor practices. It's disheartening to know that the staff relies solely on tips without receiving a proper salary. Offering expensive services without fair compensation for the employees is unacceptable and tarnishes the experience of an otherwise enjoyable stay at the hotel. Many people go there, but they are supporting this labor exploitation."

"Good hotel. Located 5 minutes from the port. To the beach is far away, 20 minutes. The hotel is clean, breakfast is optional. The recipe can be changed. Near the hotel park with attractions and aquapark but everything was closed I think from the September typhoon. The city is as after the war for it, but everything is restored. In general, a good non-expensive hotel for a couple of days"

"Dragon Bay Hotel in luxury housing complex Room is small but very quiet I'm not getting a grip. You have to take a taxi. You can pay 500,000 to Haiphong Airport. You have to take a bus or take a bus after you go to the bus terminal"

"If you're planning to do Sun world or Halong bay cruise trip ( which main thing to do) it is little bit far both from location. I would rather stay near Tuan Chau area if I knew everything is in Tuan Chau. I could not find good eateries around the place. Location-wise it's close to Halong market. Facilities are fine and friendly receptionist. Roof top bar is eeeeempty."
