It was already past two o'clock in the morning when we arrived at the hotel. The front desk quickly assigned us a room. The room was large and very clean. I lament the environmental protection actions in Europe. There is no need for disposable toiletries. You even need to go to the public drinking fountain to get water yourself. There is a large glass bottle for water. Fortunately, I brought my own toothbrush and toothpaste, haha. The front desk was very welcoming. Breakfast is a buffet, which is not bad.

This is the second time I have booked this hotel. I wasn't disappointed this time either!
It is close to the city center, the breakfast is delicious and plentiful. The cleaning products are of high quality. They pay attention to environmental awareness. The whole building is clean and I can charge my electric car!

A solid Hampton inn Cluj. It's central to old town, in fantastic shape considering it's 11 years old, and very modern. Plus, the parking is free. I'd like to explicitly mention Ionela and Rebeka L (apparently there are two Rebeka's) for their great customer service and conversation at the bar.

Had a one night stay at the hotel, following a medical procedure. The room was fairly spacious and comfortable enough to accommodate 3 adults. However, what really stood out was the reception team’s professionalism and genuine care, particularly Ionela and Hunor’s. The two of them really did their best to tend to our needs throughout our stay - very respectful, resourceful and kind. Brilliant duo and a brilliant team altogether!

Had a great one night stay here! The room was spacious enough to accommodate 3 adults, very comfortable and the hotel is extremely well located (close to the old-town). What really stood out was the receptionists' professionalism and genuine care throughout our stay. Both Ionela and Hunor made sure to take care of everything, to the smallest detail. Great team!

The hotel is located in the center. Very clean and lovely rooms. The children received gifts ;). Many thanks to Jonela and Karina for their hospitality. Breakfast is included in the room price and is very tasty. Parking is also included in the room price, which greatly simplified my logistics.

I stayed at Hampton by Hilton with my family while visiting Cluj for medical reasons. During my stay, the hotel staff, especially Ms. Ionela and Ms. Maria, were extremely helpful in accommodating us and thoughtful towards my situation. At one point, I had the hotel staff wishing me a speedy recovery and that meant a lot. Besides that, I found the rooms to be extremely clean, the breakfast full of a variety of foods, and the location to be within walking distance of the Old Town’s center. A great experience overall!

We were given a corner room with great views of Cluj, access to lounge (evening happy hour with wine/beer/snacks) and 2 free drink coupons. Smooth check in with garage parking under the hotel, and late checkout was granted. Ionela, Maria, and Ada were kind and welcoming, great experience! Hotel was conveniently located to old town, and easy to get to airport as well. Would stay here again next visit.
