Terrace Elite Resort Ultra All Inclusive

Very clean hotel with good quality food. Very helpful and nice staff. The wonderful animation team will make our holiday time very pleasant with various games, great shows every evening - they do a very good job! I recommend this hotel to everyone!

Amazing staff. Expecially the entertainment team. Merry and ninja Always happy and welcoming. Food Amazing. Pool Is beautiful. Absolute 5stars well deserved. Night entertainment great atmosphere. We will return with family in the near future.

Hotel is lovely, modern and up to date. Rooms were good size and cleaned daily, mostly just beds and towels though. We were on 5th floor so used the lift but only 1 lift per block so was very busy. Pool area was great. Hard to get a bed as people were up super early putting towels down. Some people were removing towels around the splash park area and taking the beds. Floor around the pool was so slippy! Saw so many children slip and fall and on our first day helped a little girl who had slipped and broke her 2 front teeth and bust her lip! Not many British people! Pool bar was awful 🤮 it constantly smelt like sick. They also couldn't make the cocktails the same every time. We left a lot as they were made wrong and were disgusting 🤢 the mini disco is around the back of the pool bar and it also smelt awful round there, think mens toilets 🤮 can't comment on the evening entertainment as we never saw it as it started so late my son was to tired to stay awake. It started around 10ish. Food was mediocre. Very repetitive, under cooked chicken on the BBQ. Ice cream for 1 hour in the afternoon but i didnt like them they were like jelly. Beach was nice, lots of things going on. Foam party and the big inflatable were really good. Some of the staff work their back sides off and are really lovely. Some are grumpy and rude. Restaurant was so warm and busy was sometimes hard to get a table. Al a carte only opens if they have more than 10 people booking and it's 10 euros pp. I saw it open once. Lots of places inside to relax on big sofas with a coffee and cake. Germans just seem to take over the activities (vollyball) and play between themselves. Floor gets super hot. Overall we had a great time.

Ik zou echt geen negatief punt kunnen bedenken, eten, drinken, bediening, kamers, zwembad, strand en niet te vergeten personeel van schoonmaak tot annimatie allemaal toppers en dat voor een redelijke prijs. We are currently holidaying here. I'd say it's fairly average. Rooms are fine, clean etc. Last night I was pretty sick after some strange chicken at lunch, so that wasn't fun. Up until then I thought the food had been okay. There are not really enough sun loungers around the pool, which is annoying. Service is fairly poor, I've been served a drink at 1 meal time so far and you tend to have to go and find your own knife and fork! Otherwise okay!!

Very nice hotel, suitable for children, all day entertainment, including pool and slides. The food is always fresh and a large selection. The beaches are sandy, we were pleased with the food offered there as well, the bus runs every 10 minutes. Nice animation for children and nice animators, clever Ines and also Susi and Didi 💛. Rooms cleaned every day, towels changed. We would love to come back! And also I want to thank all the animation team and all the stuff reception cleaning and bar men really I want to come back to next year

The hotel is very modern and new, a large selection of food, attentive waiters very delicious food and pleasant staff, many activities in the hotel and on the beach. In the evening amazing animation, dancing, and music. It was nice to be here!

had an amazing time , lovely staff, beautiful hotel. Was an amazing experience, would deffo come again, the food was lovely. My family loved the experience and we enjoyed it very much, would recommend this to anyone whose looking for a cheap all inclusive hotel.

Great hotel value for money 💰 loved every min of it great staff really looked after me my confidence was knocked in uk from my depression but these hard working team made me feel great again… they work so hard & make everyone welcome thanks for being nice love ❤️ Dino & Lisa x
