The hostel is located in the center of Colombo, on a main road, which is relatively easy to find. It costs about 500 rupees to take a tuk-tuk to Beta and the Fortress area, less than 300 rupees to go to the Water Temple, and 5,000 rupees to charter a bus to the airport. You can walk to the National Museum and several surrounding buildings. It is also very close to the seaside train through an alley. There is a supermarket across the road, a fast food restaurant and a McDonald's nearby. The room is not big, the furnishings are simple, the air conditioning and bathroom are easy to use, and the sound insulation is good. In the room next to the road, you can't hear the sound of cars outside when you close the window. Breakfast is on the 4th floor, with simple coffee, bread, fruit, juice, and you can also order omelettes or omelettes. The staff were friendly. I stayed for 2 nights. The WIFI provided a password and needed to be verified. I had a SIM card but I didn’t use the WIFI. I didn’t know how to operate the TV, so I didn’t watch it. The mattress is a bit collapsed, but overall the price/performance ratio is relatively high.

I booked a room for two days (No. 1/2 and 3) online. When I checked in, I found that the hygiene and facilities were very different from those online. The door lock was broken, the shower head was blocked, and the window frame was rusty. . . I had to reluctantly check in because it was 9pm. That night I told the front desk to cancel the order for the next day, but the front desk refused to handle it with the manager the next day. The next morning, I checked out in a hurry. The front desk guy told me that the manager had to go to work at 9 or 10 o'clock. When the manager came to work, he deducted the room payment for the next day from his credit card and left the phone number to leave the hotel. There has been no contact from the hotel since then and the room payment will not be refunded. Fortunately, despite repeated urging by Ctrip customer service to no avail, they refunded the room payment for the next day. I like Ctrip’s customer service and also remind those who are planning to book a room in the future to inspect the room and pay if you are satisfied. Don't pay in advance.

Hygiene: The quilt was a little dirty, the toilet seat was not clean, and there was dust on the furniture. Environment: average. Service: I reported the problem of low water supply to the store, and sent someone to check it out. They told me that the water valve was opened to the maximum, but the problem was still not solved. Facilities: The water in the sink is very small, and the water in the shower is not large. The shower head was broken.

The stay was extended in this hotel and as previously mentioned everything went well and the location of the hotel is excellent.
