The floors in the room were not cleaned and had visible dirt still on them. There were cigarette burns on the bathtub. Only one of the two large towels were clean. The other towel had dead dry bugs stuck to it. The room had holes in the wall where it looked like shelving was at one time. The toilet paper holder was missing from the wall. The room overall was subpar compared to other Wyndham hotels.

Even for cheap hotel, it was a bad experience.
It is a typical motel queen room with a desk and TV, bathroom and parking included in front of the door.
The service at check in was not very friendly, but it was fast and objective.
The smell of cigarettes in the room is unbearable, pervading all the clothes, a smell that remains for days on the clothes
This same smell exists in the sheets, pillows and blanket.
The bathroom works, but the shower faucet drips non-stop

I didn’t have a chance to stay at this hotel due to arriving late. I had no clue a hotel closed at 11pm. So I thought I could come the next day and stay their for one night but the reservation got canceled which no one told me. Nonetheless the customer service from Trip.com was amazing. They gave me my full refund. I will definitely use Trip.com again. They are helpful and understanding.

Simply awful, worst room and facility I have seen (perhaps ever). Towels were dirty and unusable, carpet filthy, sheets damp to the touch, 46 degrees in the room and the heater didn’t work. I fixed the toilet seat myself, as it had fallen off its hinge and was lying on the floor. The elevator surfaces were covered in some unknowable white liquid (bleach by the smell - I hope?), about the scariest situation I’ve seen. My son was with me, and I kindly requested a refund from the desk employee. He refused, even though I had only been there for 10 minutes. Once I finally gave up our fruitless discussion at the front desk, I went to the “room” to retrieve our things and head to a safe space. The employee followed us at a distance, opening the door (after about 30 seconds), apparently to make sure we had left. I asked him for one minute to gather our things and get out of the room. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. And I paid for it! If there were fewer than zero stars I could give this place an accurate rating. Avoid.

No bath linens at all. When I did walk to front desk and get them they were dirty. None of the electrical outlets works. One pillow didn’t even have a pillow case on it.

Poor maintenance.
Unfriendly staff .
They gave me key to room which didn’t work . I had to go back to lobby three times finally one of staff guy came upstairs to look . Door handle was broken and they called maintenance guy who took one hour to fix it . Manager didn’t have courtesy to offer me alternative room but he was quick to charge me for early check in fee . There was no soap or toiletries in room . I requested to front desk , they said they will send but didn’t happen . Then I asked maintenance guy who went and got it .
Room sofa was awe full, towels were stained .
Only good thing was comfortable bed .

The stay was overall very good for the price we paid. The room was clean and smelled fine. The issue we had was the dead bolt did not work- at one point we were locked in our room. We finally got it to open and then didn't feel safe locking it again if we had to exit quickly. But then didn't feel safe that our room wasn't secure while sleeping.
