I arrived, my room was prepaid, gentleman at the desk instructed me their was a $ 50.00 dollar deposit which I was not aware of. I asked why and he said, it's for damages if occured. He said it would be returned to my card once I checked out after room is checked.That date was 9/20/23, the money wasn't returned till 9/25th. I opened room door, and was surprised, the floor appeared not to have been cleaned, their was little pieces of debris on the main section of floor it was dirty. The furniture was dirty. The bed frame had dried food onto wood where the mattress fitted into. The satellite TV went out between 8:30pm 9:00pm. I picked up the telephone to call office, it wasn't working no tone, I called on my cell phone, the gentleman came quickly, he moved around buttons on remote and box no service, he said we lost communication with satellite, he said wait it will be restored, I told him about the above complaints, he said other people had complained also, and left. The satellite remained out after I left the next day check out. I went to office to turn key in and let someone know how much I was disappointed, I explained all the above issues, the lady just said oh, I asked her about my deposit and she said it would be returned, but didn't say when. I will never return at that motel, it was lousy. I suggest if the light is on as the commercial says keep going don't stop.
