"I stayed in the hotel for one night because it was very cheap at 51 euros for bed and breakfast. The location in the second row was ok, it was about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The double room I used in the main building was very small, I wouldn't spend a longer stay here. The rooms on level 0 (one floor above reception at pool level) are very noisy: I was woken up at 7am by loud music as there is a bar on the same level. The breakfast was below average for a 4 star hotel. There was no raw cum or chocolate cream. There are only four German channels on television (RTL, Vox, RTL2, SuperRTL). Overall, the hotel is okay for the price, but there are better hotels on the playa."

"Was a good hotel came in and the room had hair in it and the sheets were unclean requested for a cleaner or a new room and had to wait the night and then was expecting to have a cleaner come in while I was out and still wasn’t cleaned and went down to reception 3 times just to get the room clean. Other than that nice place and good location"

"The hotel staff were so kind, and it was especially nice to be able to rent a bicycle at a low price.
The pool and facilities were good for the price.
In the reviews, there were people who said the room was a bit small, but I had a single double, so it was okay~!
Overall, it's close to the airport, and the breakfast quality is so good that I think I'll visit again!"

"Located near the city center (about 10 minutes walk to the bus station and 18 minutes to the city center), the airport bus takes about 30 minutes from the hotel to the airport
The room is simple, the white exterior with transparent windows is very beautiful, the mini bar is free to drink but not restocked. There is a hair dryer but no kettle. There is a bug that sometimes the shower will suddenly have very hot water (I don’t know if it’s a problem with my room or all rooms)
The staff are very nice, they will greet you when you enter and leave the hotel, you can also ask them for hot water, and there is a bicycle rental service at the front desk.
The breakfast is delicious, a large disc-shaped bread that is a local specialty is delicious."

We were not there long enough to make the most of whats on offer but we did tell the staff we will be back for a longer stay its 9.5 out of 10 this time 👍

GGuest UserIt has a great place for reaching anywhere including the airport. My room was really clean and well organized, plus staff was very kind. One of staff explained all of things and she let me know that walking street at night is safe and where are great places for going to bar and restaurants

GGuest UserThe house is very old, and some dead corners are difficult to deal with. The hotel staff is very good. There are a lot of mosquitoes. Living on the 0th floor, I can kill four or five mosquitoes in one night. A leech crawled in when the yard door was open. If you don't have high requirements for sanitary environment, it's ok. There is no quilt in the room, only a thin sheet. It is still suitable to rent a better hotel.

GGuest UserThis was a quick trip but the hotel was very nice inside. The room was great for and us and very comfortable with great views over the harbour. There was construction works happening on the outside (front) but that didn’t really matter to us as we were only there for the weekend. The pool was a nice temperature on a hot day and although we couldn’t get a sunbed (arrived at the pool around lunch time) we had a lovely breakfast and the ice cold beer definitely helped us to relax.
The nightlife around the hotel can be a little loud due to the number of sports/Irish bars near by and it made the walk home from the city interesting. However the atmosphere was good and we didn’t mind at all. If you had kids then it could be a little intimidating I would think.
We also checked in very late (after midnight) which wasn’t a problem at all and we got our room straight away
Overall we’d definitely consider staying here again.

PPui YingI recently stayed at a hotel and would like to share my review based on different aspects. The location of the hotel was quite good, earning a score of 4. It was conveniently close to a beautiful beach. However, the hotel was a bit far from the city center, which may be a drawback for some guests.
In terms of service, the hotel staff was excellent, receiving a score of 5. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a satisfying stay.
Cleanliness was another positive aspect of the hotel, deserving a score of 5. The rooms and common areas were well-maintained and tidy.
However, there were a few drawbacks in terms of amenities. The rooms were quite small, and the soundproofing was not great, resulting in noise from the adjacent rooms and hallway. Additionally, the balcony was located too close to the neighboring room, which compromised privacy.
Overall, the hotel had a good location near the beach (4/5) and provided excellent service (5/5). The cleanliness was also top-notch (5/5). However, the small room size, poor soundproofing, and proximity of the balcony to the next door were areas for improvement (4/5).

CCindyTsangWe took a ferry from Barcelona and arrived at the hotel around 7 am. The
hotel was so friendly that we were allowed to buy an extra buffet breakfast
for €14 (trip said its €12) and stay in the comfortable lounge for our room
until check-in time. Lastly, we were given a room an hour earlier, but
somehow, we saw that the cleaners were cleaning every room. Besides
bedding, our room wasn't thoroughly cleaned and well prepared.
The room is always dim. The window is enormous; no stop is provided to
stop the window from being blown by the wind. The bedroom carpet is full
of stains and smelly, even the one along the corridor. The cleanliness is
poor.
No pantry in the room. It took them 4-5 hours to bring the kettle and the
tea bags. Toilet paper is not refilled every day, you need to get it on your own at the lobby reception.
The quality of hotel buffet, breakfast the comfortness of the louge and the
location is unbeatable. 2mins to the estacion and 6mins to the town
center. We took an autobus to Soller for a day trip

GGuest UserI booked a double room with a sea view for single use for one night in the eight-story hotel without breakfast. I knew the hotel from driving past. It doesn't look very appealing from the outside, but it's surprising when you enter. Everything looks freshly renovated and clean. The staff at reception were very friendly. I had a room on the 7th floor and was very satisfied. The hotel is in the second row, the beach and promenade are just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel, which, like its sister hotels Pamplona and Caballero, also located on Playa de Palma, belongs to the BG group, has a spa and sports area and a small indoor pool. I didn't eat any meals. There are only a relatively few German channels on the TV, the most important of which are ZDF, RTL, Vox, 3 Sat, ZDF Info, RTL 2. Das Erste and 3 programs are missing.
Positive: I forgot my tablet in the room. The chambermaid found it and honestly handed it in at reception. I picked it up a day later. Thank you for your honesty!

GGuest UserMy positive experience with Hotel Mirador in Palma, Mallorca began as soon as I entered the lobby. I was greeted warmly at the desk where they solved several problems with my booking which was made by Trip.com. Specifically, for some reason my reservation was in the name of a Trip.com employee and not me! Second although I had booked for two nights with continental breakfast, the reservation was made for one night with lunch and dinner and a SEPARATE reservation was made for one night with no meals. Third, a reservation was made for a ”Family” room instead of a single as I requested. This made my stay more expensive than I planned for.
Through all of these difficulties the staff at the Hotel Mirador treated me exceptionally well and made many phone inquires until I was able to get a room.

The room is a little old, but it's hard to find a single room at this price in a tourist resort. There is a cafe next to it that can solve the problem of breakfast, and there is an Asian supermarket where you can buy water or something at night
