Lovely hotel in central location , staff are very friendly and work tirelessly to make it a lovely place , rooms are modern and clean , pool ambience is a little quiet due to the average age of clients and closed at 6 pm and no loungers or balls allowed Evening entertainment was inside which was not as good as most people didn’t know how to find it so it was always pretty quiet , much better when it was outdoors at the pool area , we have stayed here numerous times and is best hotel in corralejo and returning in October

We returned to the hotel and the welcome was as warm and friendly as always by the Barceló team. Are requests were noted. A few problems sorted with no problems. Fantastic. The food has improved immensely and we were able to make good meals from what was on offer. As always all areas of the hotel are spotless, rooms, restaurants, pool area and theatre bar. We met many returning guests which was lovely. We felt completely relaxed and can’t wait to return again next year. However, these are just a few ideas for improvement. 1) the bedrooms could do with a few tweaks. There is a large mirror but it is not really accessible for getting ready as no power sockets close by ideally a mirror at the tea bar would be useful as close to sockets so would be easier to get ready at. 2) the rooms could do with some additional drawers as storage space very limited space for two people so not ideal if three in a room a good place to put this would be underneath part of the tea bar. 3) a wooden bath mat for when you get out the whirl pool bath as very slippery or a towling mat. These are just opinions how to make things even better. Stayed all inclusive, would highly recommend this hotel. Well done to all of the team for their hard work and making this an extra special holiday and look forward to seeing you again.

Just returned from a week at the hotel! Cant fault the hotel , waiters & cleaner's. , every where was spotless & so helpful & friendly Just the ambience around the pool in the day. Omg it was so boring l! We chose the Sands as we thought it would have more to do as it was the “family” one than the Adults only. It wasn’t over busy but when we tried to play ball in the pool as a family we got the whistle blown at us and said No balls (even though the pool was empty as it was so cold) No inflatables either even though it’s posted on their recent fb post of people playing on them in the main pool. The same soundtrack on repeat everyday just boring acoustic covers!!! We did play a game of music bingo one day lead by the animation lady but apparently there were complaints as music too loud. Pool closed at 6pm when the sun finally came out!! We all got fed up with looking at each other! Such a shame as family holidays are extremely important to us & we work hard to save to spend on these! Dont think we’ll be recommending it to anyone who wants some fun !!

we went back january 2024 & again the place & staffs are wonderful.Only tip is careful with their catsup dispenser in the restaurant. it might splash all over you.Great place for seniors cause the place is close to everything.Perfumes & cigs are quite cheap.

Absolutely lovely hotel. Visited here previously and glad we returned. We've stayed at several hotels nearby, h10 dreams/suites/ corralejo Bay, but this just has it all. Rooms modern and spacious, staff friendly and helpful, restaurant has lovely food especially breakfast. Pool area clean and not problem getting a bed. Sun around Pool all day. Location is one of the best and although near the centre it's calm and peaceful around the pool and hotel. We stayed half board and like to go our in the evening so can't comment about evening entertainment but there was something on most nights. We booked through jet2 but have booked direct before and if you sign up to barcelo there are extra benefits there too.

Corralejo is definitely the worst place i have ever visited, me and my girlfriend stayed in the dunas club hotel, hotel was decent but the food was absolutely awful, it looked like it had been left out for hours, weather wise it was terrible, we looked online and it said it would be good every day hitting about 20-25 degrees but everyday was just extremely overcast with no sun and it even rained, we tried to shop but shopping is very mediocre, almost backwards, everything is very outdated and no up to date brands or products, we tried to book trips but any person who was selling these trips were extremely unhelpful, they had little or no information and if we tried asking about it we were told everything was on the leaflet, so we had zero explanation of anything on trips, we asked a lady about a trip to lanzorte and she was nothing but rude, i asked about times and was just told it’s on the sheet in front of me, she tried charging us nearly triple than what they sell for online, overall this place just isn’t it, i wouldn’t recommend in any way, quite unfortunate since we’d been looking forward to somewhere new

My wife and I chose well when we picked here as our choice of hotel for our Jet2 holiday to Corralejo. First impressions were that it looked good, relaxed, and clean, with pleasant staff greeting us on checking in. These stayed with us throughout our stay. Great location, good choices of food, nice pool area, comfortable bed, decent enough entertainment. What not to like?
