房間最大的優點是有2個大陽台，可以看到兩邊的海景，風景還是很可以的！但房間的問題也很多，這裏應該是個長租公寓，平時沒什麼人住，我們因為是週三四，整棟就我們一個亮燈的，單身的人還是不建議，晚上安靜的可怕了。牆面由於潮濕，牆皮脱落，被子感覺也不乾淨，晚上蚊子還很多，睡了一晚全身癢！最可惡的是早上7點多就開始裝修，讓一家人都沒睡好！下次再也不住這種公寓房了……

這就是家非常差非常垃圾的所謂民宿，房間裏都是發黴潮濕也可以理解，但是牙刷頭一次見到這麼差的，薄的隨時斷掉；衞生也很差；晚上一片樓亮不了幾盞燈，膽小的繞路。最逗的是，到了後沒有招牌沒有前台，打預訂電話會有個男子用命令的語氣讓你加微信並進羣，還讓在羣裏做一些事，跟進了緬北一樣；對房間不滿意，第二天不想在這住了，居然還要違約金！扔下違約金直接換標準酒店，非常差的體驗。

正確的來説是公寓，不是酒店，不提供🛜，不提供礦泉水，沙發臟的不行，預訂的時候是0.8米小床➕1.8米大床，同時訂了2件間，結果變成1.8的大床，理由是訂的房間不在一幢樓，而且房間裏一股黴味，感覺超級不好，到最後開個發票，和老闆私聊，結果不理人，服務態度極其惡劣。

和300的價位還是不太值，本質是租了幾間房的所謂酒店，民宿不像民宿，酒店不像酒店，房間面積比較大，大概50平，沒有70，酒店服務基本沒有，沒有一次性鞋子，沒見酒店服務人員，床單等比較潮，而且可能有蟎蟲，睡了有點癢；周圍位置環境還是可以的，想看海的可以體驗，但也就是那麼回事；游泳池這些就不要想了；總體而言300價位不太值

第一，酒店入住麻煩，衹是物業沒有專門接待的第二衞生差勁到處都很臟，入住應該配備的礦泉水都沒有一瓶，到處都很破很臟！！！！！第二，窗簾發黴，衞生間浴簾掉了一個角也是發黴的，地板不知道怎麼弄的貼上去的，還花色不一樣，第三，宣傳是70平，實際二十平，存在虛假宣傳，希望平台能夠整改監督，第四，去玩帶好乾糧，周圍配套設施也都沒有，很不方便！！！

這麼差的酒店真的是大家千萬別去住，是個公寓最主要那個房東上海人，特小氣，剛進去就説退房，怎麼也不肯。那個地方真的根本沒人住進去，有蜘蛛網什麼的都，大家慎重，那個樓盤也是賣了多少年還沒賣完的。真的一塌糊塗，
