We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely perfect surrounded by the lake on two sides. The inn is very cutely decorated. Our room had all the amenities and a lovely view of the lake. But what I would like to highlight most is the service of the staff! Probably the best service we have seen in China. They were very helpful in all aspects. From helping us with luggage, helping us book taxis, ordering food. My wife is a vegetarian and they helped us to customize the breakfast and noodles in a vegetarian way. They always offered us tea and even some dumplings and milk in the night. Would highly recommend staying here and if we were to go back, we will stay here again.

非常滿意。來大理散心，住在這裏風景絕佳，外部環境和房間設施也都非常好，舒適、寧靜、美麗。管家的服務特別貼心，店裡設計的各種細節本來就很周到，在發現我們需要幫忙的時候更是主動且高效，令人温暖，非常感動。再次深表謝意。早餐也很美味健康。

酒店環境很美！ 床也很舒服！早上可以看日出。管家的服務很溫心、細心！ 非常的周到。 早餐很好吃、咖啡也很好喝！ 在這待了兩天，很不想離開，洱海的環境太舒服了！很有度假的休閑！這離古誠也不遠，大約10 幾分鍾就到。

服務十分熱情。餐飲很精緻。晚上提供茶水湯圓，鮮花餅還有熱牛奶。酒店本身有很好的觀賞洱海的位置。在這兒待的兩天讓人不想出門。

這是我去大理住的服務最貼心的一家民宿，非常的專業用心且貼心，餐飲方面也是相當專業的，早餐晚餐也是我吃過最好吃的一家，民宿位於廊道上風景最好最開闊的位置，打開房門就能看到日出，衹要路此地的行人都會停下腳步拍照，我還聽見一北京大叔路過這裏説了句。喲！！***漂亮，哈哈哈真是有感而發被驚艷到！很感謝酒店管家貼心服務，下次還會再來！

服務：先説服務，民宿內管家很多，服務及時貼心。到店先送上茶飲，離店送上鮮花餅伴手禮。歡迎水果新鮮，品種豐富，晚上還有湯圓和牛奶，服務很周到。最後一晚電動窗簾有問題，管家也儘可能的幫助我了。離店還幫我們送行李到停車場，非常感謝。
衞生：總體乾淨整潔，窗簾上會有些小污漬但無傷大雅。
環境：酒店在三聖島附近，第一次來大理沒有太多要求，就想安安靜靜的躺床上看日出，酒店的位置非常符合我的需求。想要去別的景點坐遊覽車也很便捷，去大理市區也近，個人非常推薦的海西住宿點。
設施：設施和五星酒店還存在一定差距。主要體現在空間較小，樓下僅有一個插座，洗漱台沒有另外的化粧鏡且空間小，淋浴和馬桶無隔斷，樓上樓下温差太大。如果是像我一樣在房間裏呆的時間比較久的，還是推薦再大一點的房型，loft不夠住。
最後再提一點，民宿的早餐太簡單，以碳水為主，建議有所改進。

超級好的民宿
每個房間都有各自特色（阿姨打掃衞生時偷偷看了同層的其他房間）而且可以説這是我住過房間打掃最乾淨的民宿
民宿位於海西葭蓬村健康步道，面對洱海，離機場20公里，高鐵9公里左右，好像連住兩天可以有一次免費接機／車或送機／車 服務，離店時還有一份伴手禮
民宿的管家們都很客氣，可以説是有求必應，房間每天都有新鮮水果提供，早餐可以選米線，餌絲，麪條和水餃，並且還搭配了煎蛋，煎香腸，玉米，山芋，水果，牛奶，咖啡，真的很精緻且營養，關鍵是味道真的很好，宵夜還有湯圓和牛奶可選
B座三樓有露台，晚上可以喝喝茶，數數星星，能早起的話還可以看日出
二樓的茶室可以看看洱海，談談人生
一樓小院也可以喝着咖啡，吹着洱海的徐徐微風，享受閑暇時光
海西比海東的話更加的安逸，安靜，不吵雜
你可以在早上看水性楊花的盛開，看浮水雞捕魚
你也可以尋一家咖啡店，靜靜的發呆
旅行不一定是要去多少景點，找一家寧靜的酒店，靜靜的放空自己也是不錯的選擇

設施： 房間沒有電視 也沒有投影 天氣不好會有點無聊 這個價格沒裝個投影還是有點誇張 空調也不是中央空調 酒店有吃的 出去吃飯有點遠 門外的路還沒有修好 晚上走着有點害怕

服務：服務非常好 同價位都有管家服務 但是這家的很親切
