Indigo Hotels in Dali City

The hotel facilities are extremely outdated. When I checked in, perhaps because I was alone, they assigned me a 'Lebanese style' room that was severely damaged and had a terrible floor. I couldn't believe a five-star hotel would offer such a room. After I complained, they switched and upgraded my room the next day, which was better. However, even the second room had many stains on the sofa, indicating a complete lack of proper cleaning. On the positive side, the view was indeed excellent, and the staff were very professional. In summary, the facilities and hygiene are truly not what you'd expect from a five-star hotel anymore. Oh, and for two consecutive days, there were no green leafy stir-fried vegetables at breakfast, just a lot of unappetizing Western pastries. They should put more effort into creating a balanced menu with both meat and vegetables.
