1.剛辦完入住上樓，掀開被子有一根頭髮 ，當時已經腦了，忍了
2.住了好些天了，竟然發現淋浴間有很多蟲子，非常的噁心，後來下樓找了前台小姐姐換了個房間，換了另一個房間，衞生也特別特別差，地板有幾根頭髮，台上有污漬，房間死角特別臟，有許多些地方積了很多灰塵，隔音特別差
已經住了有5次以上了，入住體驗一次比一次差。
硬件軟件都需要多多提升了

房間智能整潔，物品齊全，床品舒適，在周邊賓館比起來，比較將就氣派，但建議對門前停車場加強管理，汽車停放有人可以引導整齊，方便能停更多的車，不要一羣人在門前停車場坐着，影響出行

工作人員一點服務意識都沒有，最基本的禮貌禮節都沒有，衞生非常極差。連賓館都不如，應該説連旅社都不如，住一次怕一輩子。隔音效果也非常差，計劃一晚沒睡，一晚上都是大貨車的聲音，歷史以來住過最糟糕的地方

酒店位於白馬井鎮商業中心，距海花島衹有幾公里，強烈建議自駕遊海花島的朋友可以定這裏。酒店位置特別好，旁邊就有一個美食夜市，品種豐富價格實惠，我們在棋子灣吃過了海鮮晚餐還是忍不住又去吃了一頓。酒店裝潢和床品都很新，衞生標準也很好，前台四號小姐姐服務熱情，其他工作人員也很和氣敬業，感覺挺好。

衞生差，枕頭套有兩個沒換，洗澡下水道堵了
洗臉枱在床旁邊 這樣會有味道
隔音效果不好 特別吵 窗户就是隔壁房子的牆
晚上聽到最多的是樓下喇叭賣東西 特別吵
昨天晚上一晚上沒睡好 第二天還要趕路
