從攜程上看是4星酒店，也就二星標準，説是新開業的，應該是換了個老闆新開業，內部環境陳舊，廁所反味

攜程上寫的2021年的酒店，其實是個老酒店，在漠河街道盡頭，衞生差，熱水還要限時，還説要晚上9點才提供，冰天雪地的時候想用熱水還要打電話催，電視遙控板也是掉在櫃子後面，總之體驗很差，建議到漠河旅遊不住漠河縣城，直接住北極村或者北紅村

就説一個事，足以看出賓館的條件。晚上九點到店的時候，房間還沒有打掃，床上全是頭髮，毛巾浴巾扔在地板上，污漬斑斑，衞生間凌亂不堪，馬桶裏滿是廁紙和排泄物，排風可能是反向的，把衞生間的味道清晰的吹滿整個屋子，哎呀我去

漠河松悦酒店非常好，性價比超高。酒店停車場大，位置安靜，房間略小，不過這麼便宜有這樣條件實在不應該再説什麼了。

酒店環境優雅，床上用品白凈，特別是服務人員耐心好客，從火車站接我們到賓館，像家人一樣温暖，還暖心送來電暖氣，水果，使我心裏和房間一樣温暖，早餐也特別豐富，能滿足大眾口味，我住的是兩張床的房間，同時看見帶小朋友的家庭也很愉快，我個人覺得值得推薦。

門口停車很方便，旁邊有河邊廣場挺熱鬧，酒店在城市邊緣，周邊商業不多，打車五元可以到市內吃飯。服務態度很好， 布草乾淨，早餐品種不多可以吃飽。浴室乾濕不分，地漏有臭味，裝修氣味還未散盡。

為了評價更客觀，第二天換了一個他家房價一半的賓館，比他這都強很多…，衣櫃衹有兩個衣架，問能不能增加，説衹有兩個，衞生和洗浴一起，很小，房間不大，不知道哪來的寫30平米的勇氣，房間內沒有贈送水，是問前台要才給的，所有服務員態度惡劣冷漠，早餐很差而且時間很短，和搶飯一樣，住過的最差的四星級，沒有之一。

第二次來漠河了，疫情前獨自來過一次，時間倉促衹在北紅村民宿住了一晚。這一次帶孩子一起來漠河遊玩，安排了三天時間，第一晚就住在了漠河市區，理由很簡單，漠河舞廳和北極星廣場，大興安嶺火災紀念館總是要去的，酒店提前在攜程訂房就查看了，其中松悦酒店一位遊客的評價打動了我，説：這可能是漠河最好的酒店了！價格也很親民，四星級酒店的配置和服務，五一黃金週期間含雙早，也衹是普通民宿的價格，不到200元。送了精緻的果盤和零食，以及小童牙具套裝和拖鞋，口罩等。辦理入住後確實感覺前台服務很熱情，還免費借給我們兩件東北大花襖穿了三天😄第三天晚上果斷又回來再次入住松悦酒店，次日趕往機場十幾分鍾，也比較方便。真人出鏡，真心推薦！（備註：酒店免費介紹的出租司機張師傅駕駛技術和服務感覺不舒服，不做推薦。建議多聯繫幾個溝通比對）
