有停車場，適合家庭親子游，位置很好找，總的來説要求不高的話，還是不錯，比較安靜，性價比較高，有温泉，泳池，給個好評吧

體驗不好，房間有尿味，清潔做的很不好，大冬天靠近西嶺雪山氣温下降就需要個冬天給力的，結果空調冬天還不給力，衹能説地理位置在那有温泉大家春節旅遊圖個方便而已，價格太高，早餐服務很差，稍微去晚點工作人員就把剩下的餐食全部收走一點不人性化

攜程上定成600+，在湯池裡遇到其他客人聊天，好傢伙人家現場給酒店直接定，580+兩晚。而且服務態度極差，現場説有個1.2米以上的孩子要補温泉費用。補的時候説按照不限次數的價格補了，還説浴袍會根據泡温泉的次數更換，結果換的時候又打太極了，服務部説前台沒通知不給換，説換要加錢，打給前台又説領導説的有多的才能換，真的是噁心

多次入住了，性價比很高。體驗感很好，出門就是花水灣小鎮，餐飲一條街，便利店也有，很方便。温泉無限次泡，連續兩年國慶節去都有點下小雨，但是酒店內温泉有遮的，不受影響。雨停了，小朋友又到户外的無遮擋温泉池耍，很開心。

訂酒店時看評論被老舊的設施和非常一般的早餐降低期望值，真到了房間，其實就還好。温泉非常正宗，必須贊！唯一的缺點是房間的異味，可能是潮濕也可能是廁所。除此之外我個人都挺滿意。

非常不愉快的一次入住體驗，時間久房間陳舊可以理解，但是舊與不衞生就是兩碼事了，需要用電腦辦公，桌面上一層灰，進入房間就聞到一股臭味，心想門窗通會風也許會好點，但是過了一會味道依舊沒有散去，有長者有小孩，實在受不了那種臭拖鞋味，給前台打電話要求換一個房間，前台不願意換，就一直説把房間裏面的拖鞋換一下噴點空氣清新劑，服務員進來還説“我們**不到味道你們就聞的到一股味道”實在無語，以後去是再也不願意去了，前台服務態度也一般，寧願住那種私人的民宿也不願意去那裡了，唯一好就是停車方便

當時我們是幾家人過去玩的，要求住的一樓，行程玩的挺開心的，就是在酒店裡落下了一個飾品袋，裏面有我非常喜歡的兩對珍珠耳環，等回想起來的時候，已經過去太久了，心痛

房間還是不錯的，但是插頭太少了，特別是樓上的插頭隱藏太深了，在牀頭櫃後面，房間空調製熱效果不好，其他都還不錯
