We totally enjoyed our stay at The CHEDI and were sorry to leave . although we moved to another excellent 5 star Hotel in Qatar we missed the ”warm welcome home ” feeling we had been so enjoying at The Chedi .. The room was incredibly comfortable (especiilay the wonderful bed 0 and the facilities perfect for us ..It was lovely to have such well trained and accomodating staff ..The breakfast spread was delectable , the gym perfect and the dining options nearby as well as in house outstanding ...Were looking forward to our next Qatar visit ..the hotel choice is now simple ..Thankyou to all the delightful CHEDI staff .

It's full of Christmas spirit. I really like the impactful color contrast in picture 2. Does picture 3 feel like you are really on vacation? This is the best time to feel in Doha. Figure four. Figure 5. Figure 6 is the lobby. I feel that the lobby is still very big. Figure 7 and Figure 8 are pictures of the room I took. Figure 9 Mustard for breakfast [cover face][cover face][cover face]. After eating a few slices of salmon, the young lady brought me a bowl of mustard like this 😂😂😂. The breakfast is really rich. It is worth recommending (I like Adidas now. We celebrated my husband's birthday at this hotel. They were able to arrange something in our room; they surprised my husband with balloons and a very delicious cake, and of course they also provided something for my daughter; it was a very cute tent, and she was really amazed. Our room was so elegant and nice, with a nice view. As for the hotel's services, they were simply amazing. From the time we checked in, Prosper was really accommodating to us, and even Viveka, Kristel, Cef, and Suhaila made our stay so comfortable. We were treated really well. The Ritz Kids Club was also amazing; my daughter wanted to stay there as much as she could. Of course, who wouldn't love it when the kids can get marshmallows, cookies, cakes, and gummy bears as much as they want, but of course with supervision as well. They have so many activities for kids. But what we love the most are the swimming pools and the beach; it was really nice and relaxing. To sum it up, we had a really fantastic time in this hotel, which is probably the best hotel we have stayed in so far. We will surely come back.

The subway station takes twenty minutes to half an hour. Early morning is very expensive and has nothing, about 300 yuan. More suitable hotel for local tyrants.

I stayed at the Kempinski Hotel for three nights and experienced a roller coaster ride from anger to comfort. Before going, I booked a twin room with pearl view with longing. I hope to enjoy the true beauty of Pearl Island. When I entered the room, I found that I spent a lot of money on the balcony, and the balcony turned into a wall-view room. After arguing with the front desk reasonably, I changed a room for me. Before going to bed, I found that the bathroom lights were broken and the door was broken. So I was completely disappointed, I didn't dare to trust Kempinski anymore, I just wanted to check out and change to a hotel. I happened to meet the manager of the hotel Omar during another fight with the front desk at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, he changed a suite for me, and the result was quite gratifying. But thinking about the previous experience, I was tossing and changing rooms with my child dragging a suitcase. This hotel's attitude towards Chinese guests is obvious. Never see me, Kempinski!

Worst service you will ever have. We asks for a manager to assist us and requesting for consideration as we book to meet up with friends. They didn't allow us to come up in the room. As per the guy that talk to us. His name is Tony and seems his approach to us is more than a hotel security and he react all the time during the conversation instead of responding. His rude also the way he talk to us maybe because we're Asian that's why he doesn't even show any professional approach and instead of explaining nicely. His trying to show that we don't know anything. And telling us that all the rules is written on the paper that sign of our friends that come first to the hotel and insisting that, we should go through the whole thing while our friends are rush to sign in the reception and not being told of the timing. Considering that we booked the hotel through platform and there was none being mentioned that we cannot come up late at night even though, we booked the hotel untill the following day.
