Customer service at front desk could have been more informative. We thought we were stuck in elevator. No one explained about using key to go up so we called security.

Me and my wife just got married on December 19,2023 this is the first getaway for us and we both had a good time, good stay, and good fun. I only recommend one thing need a microwave on each floor vending area

We liked the room it was nice and clean but very disappointing that the pool was not available. That was a top priority for us and we were not made aware at check out that the pool was not open. But overall goid stay.

The bathroom tub was dirty. Other than that it was reasonably clean. The furniture in the bedroom needs to be updated.
