Very beautiful scenery and romantic getaway. Not much to do except for relaxing at the hotel and enjoying mountain views from the jacuzzi. Good service and great floor heating for the cold winter

休假帶着一家人來青城山度假，選了這家民宿，淡季人不多，店家服務態度超級好，簡直就像朋友之間的親切。走的時候還送了一筐野雞蛋給我們。訂的房間裏面都有個榻榻米對着山景喝茶，房間有地暖，去之前店家已經開了，進房間就很暖，總體來説，性價比很高，下次還來！

整體不值這個價！700多一晚，房間潮濕，去的那天下雨牆角直接在滴水，牆體邊緣有些地方斑駁，早上阿姨打掃二樓陽台，弄的凳子腳碰撞出噪音，讓他晚一點打掃還懟客人，服務態度很差！建議謹慎入住！

很遺憾元旦假期居然會花費時間在寫差評上，可是不寫實在是覺得有點對不起自己內心的真實感受.
首先我想先簡明扼要的説一下此次行程經歷所遇到的主要問題：1、空調無法使用.酒店位於半山，晚上氣温較低，在房間內都衹能穿着外套.退房當天同行的小夥伴有兩個都感冒了.2、停水.在晚上準備就寢的時候居然第一個人進去洗了五分鐘左右水就停了，加上房間內空調無法使用温度較低，整個人感覺像在冰天雪地裏麪一樣.3、房間位置不太合理.玻璃房獨立於整個民宿主體之外，在民宿斜對面的斜坡上，跨了一條車道.民宿所謂的的温泉位於接待處的後面，如果想要泡温泉需要走一段路.4、早餐.早飯乍一看好像很日式，實際上分量的話有點差強人意.最主要的是由於房間較遠、室外温度較低，早餐送到房間的時候温已經差不多都冷了.5、店家處理問題的方式實在是不敢恭維。6、價格虛高，名宿自身設施服務應急措施匹配不上他虛高的所謂的温泉酒店價格。
經過上述這一系列的問題，（還有一些小的問題比如衞生問題在此我就不多加贅述了）店家確實也有及時來溝通想要處理問題，可是處理的結果並不是太令人滿意.本來以為我們和店家已達成一致，通過減免部分房費的方式來解決這次的不愉快.可是最後店家也沒有減免一分錢的房費，因為我們沒有保證不會寫差評. 這種方式讓我們感覺是在付給我們“封口費”，讓人感覺不太舒服.順便提一句，最後是攜程退回了部分房費作為補償.
我看了一下本店其他的差評，其他住户提到的雞叫、狗叫的問題確實也是存在的，但是和此次我遇到的問題相比，都算不上什麼.本人自認為還是以比較客觀的角度寫了一下此次的親身感受。誰都不想沒事找事幹，好好地元旦假期，最終因為感冒提前下山取消了後續行程。

看評論訂的房間，入住了才知道好評都是刷出來的！説好的地暖、温泉、圍爐煮茶通通都沒有！説是冬天才有，那你倒是提前説明啊，我們來不就奔着這些來的嗎？門口那個紗簾也沒有了，和廣告圖差別很大，七百多的房間一點都不值，最多也就兩百！漢服體驗，呵！不想碰！毛筆字，呵呵！拖拖的刷評論加照騙！

房間整體達到心理預期，小朋友見到之後，贊不決口，直説：“媽媽此次訂的名宿很不錯”。環境優美，深處大自然之中，寧靜祥和，晚上睡眠質量不錯👍，驚喜連連，因家裡長者腿腳不便，前台小姐姐主動幫助換房間，方便長者起居，臨走的時候，還贈送兩籃子野雞蛋，甚是喜歡
