"This is my first time staying in a fully self-service motel. The guest's name will be written on the sign at the door. Simple and clear x Facilities: Fully equipped with tableware, tea bags, microwave, and cups, all carefully prepared, but you need to bring your own slippers. This is the same in almost any hotel (in New Zealand) The mattress is super comfortable and supportive. Very good sleep. Hygiene: clean, spotless, satisfactory, cost-effective Environment: Quiet residential area. I saw a kitten in the morning. Neat, clean and bright Service: Although it is self-service, because I arrived very late at night, the owner left a light for me, which was very warm. Thank you also to Ctrip for your service. My phone card is a data card I bought but I couldn’t make calls. They helped me patiently communicate with the store and it was very timely!"

"This was a lovely motel for my husband and dog. Very clean, good bed, two tvs and complimentary teas, coffees and bathroom shampoos abd body wash. Shower was hot and good pressure. Had a good heater and electric blanket. Good value for money. Would definitely go back again."

"The hotel is very convenient as it's located in the central city, Every attraction and food outlet is approx 10 to 15 minutes walk which I don't mind. The hotel provides a breakfast buffet all day and dinner from 6pm to 9pm. The customer service is very professional and friendly! I got a king bedroom that also includes air conditioning which is very cosy. The bed is very comfortable, however am not really a fan with soft pillows. They have plenty of amenities and facilities in the room, i love the experience and have a nice sunrise view in the morning. Would definitely recommend to family and friends to stay."

"性價比高，實物比圖片更好看。（看圖片的時候覺得大紅色的床品很奇怪，但是實際上現場看是很和諧很舒服的）地理位置優越，就在Otago大學旁邊，走路去博物館也很方便。有一台洗衣機和烘乾機，6塊錢洗一次，烘乾額外付錢，上午9點到晚上9點，可以去前台換硬幣。另外，孩子需要現場額外多付30塊。老闆提醒説，最近因為是畢業季，晚上可能會吵，但是晚上完全沒有吵鬧的感覺，很安靜。倒是早上退房的時間段，鄰居們的動靜會比較清楚。值得推薦的住宿！"

"Clean and tidy. The manager, Barry, gave us an overview of the City. He recommended to us to visit the University and Brewery which were very good too. I hope to return on my next trip to Dunedin. In addition, the washing machine in the room was a plus for us to clean up our dirty clothes during our trip. "

"The staff was very welcoming, the room was very comfortable, and it was very convenient to drive to attractions such as Danitin Railway Station. There is a green super near the accommodation, you can buy ingredients to burn yourself at night."

"Situated right next to st claire beach.walking distance to second beach and short drive to tunnel beach.Many restaurants around, good if you self drive. There's no other amenties at the hotel and they are strict about their check in time. As it has only 4~5 stories high, you can look right into the room from the ground floor/street level. If you dont mind the lack of privacy, ultimately the view is great!"

"Room was Awesome clean and tidy except for the noisy neighbour's and the Drain Pipe had a can at the bottom of it and dripped all night and kept us awake and some of the staffs uniforms needed a good press was just first impression"

"On our way to Queenstown, we chose to stop in Dunedin for a day and stayed overnight at the Dunedin Motel and Villas. We were very satisfied! The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful, recommending Dunedin's best attractions and restaurants. We were also accommodated in a newly built villa. The exterior was very attractive, and the interior was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a dishwasher. It was perfect for a family vacation. There are many attractions nearby, and it's only a ten-minute walk to the city's many shops. Highly recommended!"
