整體評價還可以，學校周邊沒有什麼好的配套設施，酒店也比較少，賓館比較多，對比了好幾家選擇了他家，整體還行吧，該有的都有，缺點就是玻璃隔音效果不太行，還有就是空調不適用，噪音很大，衞生間門不格擋光也是一個缺點，房間裝飾比較老化了，建議貼點牆紙改善一下，整體上還可以價位沒的説，平台抽一部分，商家其實掙得也不多了！

衹有這麼差了，還貴，環境跟五六十的旅社一樣，馬桶上全是尿漬，床單起球還有毛髮，睡了一下全身癢，跟沒打掃過一樣，訂單還是不可取消的，要不是考試得住下，真的想退了去別的地方睡。

房間不是圖片上的房間，環境也不是很好，總體覺得與實物不一樣，而且停車停在裏面還收費，必須停在馬路邊才不收費。

房間隔音差，床頭天花板上還安裝了下水管道，一整夜都會聽到人沖廁所的聲音…大大小小的酒店住了不少，這個是真的吵，一晚上都沒睡着

酒店衞生很差，進門看見一衹大蟑螂活的，把櫃子挪開裏面有煙頭，天花板上有大蜘蛛。一次性的洗髮水能把頭髮洗出辮子。體驗很差。
