I usually do not like to write comments but the manager Ashley was not Customer Service Friendly at all to me. Check-out was at 11:00 am, but I had a 07:00 appointment that would have ran over in order for me to check-out on time. So I called the front desk to add another day in the EVENT I WOULD BE LATE FOR THE 11 o’clock checkout.
Well, I found out when you book your reservation through a third party(*******) you will have to come into the office to book another day. Just like you would if you were coming in for the first time.
Remind you I was at a doctors appointment. The manager call me three times. Second time she called I was speaking with the doctor. She hung up the line on me becoz she did not have the patience to hold the line. Okay fine, maybe she was busy.
She then called back to tell me I had 30 minutes to make it into the office. I literally had to leave my doctors appointment to rush back to the hotel to add an additional day!. I was so super annoyed.
They do not have an option online to add another day either.
To top all that, They charge for extra towels. No housekeeping unless you pay for it as well.
I WILL NEVER BOOK A RESERVATION HERE AGAIN.
