Quick and easy check in. Location was great close to coffee shops and great pubs. Room was clean and the shower was good. Everything we needed for our time in Edinburgh.

這個酒店總體評價一般，對不上這個價格。位置很棒，走10分鐘就到城堡。訂的城堡景觀房，景色很棒，如圖2，基本跟宣傳圖片一樣。但是酒店明顯老舊，主要體現在一些硬件設施上。比如
1⃣️. 整個房間過道能明顯感覺到地毯下面鋪設的老舊地板，房間內走起來腳下空空悶悶的，還有聲音。
2⃣️. 其次隔音較差，主要也是體現在整個木地板結構，外部走動的聲音透過老舊地板傳進房間很響。聽起來像是樓上不停走來走去。
3⃣️. 設施服務需要加強，浴巾還有破洞，提供量不夠多。
4⃣️. 不配備一次性用品，需要索要。要了兩幅牙刷，牙膏還是過期的。如圖1，過期大半年了都。
5⃣️. 洗澡水太小太冷了。暖氣不足，熱水小，凍死了都。
不知道是不是因為城市歷史氣氛濃重，所以都是這種老式建築，還是個體酒店差異。總體來説，如果再去一次愛丁堡的話，我會選擇其他酒店再嘗試，應該不會比這個更差吧。

酒店地點距離車站步行都有一段距離，地點算方便，附近都好多餐廳選擇，酒店房間比較細，可能房型問題，空間感麻麻，一樣價錢有好多其他選擇
