Arthotel Gabbiano Azzurro Due

We booked this property because they had solutions of small apar**ents and few rooms. We were looking for a hotel that was not large and welcoming. Arrived, the care and kindness of the reception impressed us a lot, a few minutes to check then a clerk took our bags to our room. Correct but not obvious, especially in August. The room ... a parade ground ... Entrance, two bathrooms, two bedrooms, one with living room, terrace equipped with sofas, table and chairs! The room was reset every night, a candy on the pillow and clean towels ... Even this is not to be taken for granted. Breakfast was booked in the evening providing the approximate time so as not to have too much crowding. The management of Covid procedures, carried out with great attention and professionalism. The dining room staff is very young but punctual and prepared, always tidy and attentive. The rich breakfast and any desire, if requested, was satisfied. This is their strong point. The reception staff were very kind and on several occasions they managed to book beaches or restaurants for us, simplifying our commi**ent. Thank you. Clean and tidy open spaces, the main swimming pool was pleasant, another was available nearby. Poolside service. Lots of greenery and the works of art inside the hotel make it special. The only drawback, I dare, are the furnishings a bit dated as well as the bathrooms. Strong points, The kindness of all the staff, the breakfast, the proximity to the seafront, we went there every evening on foot, convenient parking. I think it is an excellent hotel where you can spend a nice holiday peacefully and freely.

as soon as I arrived I was very impressed, in a positive way by the hotel, swimming pool, room service, especially how clean it was .... I ask about the restaurant and they tell me they don't have it and they insist on giving me the ticket of a couple of restaurants, oh well comuqnue one I went there and they didn't give me discounts because I was sleeping there, let's move on .... everything perfect stay pool service, when I get home I send an email to the hotel to ask for a reservation and in the meantime they call me these complaining that my judgment unleashed only a 7 (I was on another platform) then I run the shot but ask for the new booking ..... forget it, the arrogance with which the owner turned to me when I only pointed out that the discounted price of the ferry they hastened to me was the same as the one offered by the owner ... receiving a .... when he hung up ...

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo hotel a luglio 2022 per una vacanza di famiglia. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Camera spaziosa, pulita e confortevole. Colazione di ottima qualità e variegata. Piscina interna un po' freddina, quella esterna perfetta, entrambe pulitissime. Posizione perfetta per le nostre esigenze. Non direttamente sul mare, ma raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi. In modo da non essere disturbati dalla movida notturna, ma a pochi passi per viverla.

Sono stata 5 giorni in questa bella struttura con un'amica. La posizione è buona, le stanze sono grandi e silenziose, il personale è molto gentile e professionale e la colazione è veramente ottima con torte squisite. Se tornassi a Marciana Marina , sceglierei di nuovo questo hotel che consiglio vivamente.

Una struttura bella con tanze comode, proprietari e personale attenti a tutte le esigenze dei clienti. Ben posizionata. Gentilissimi i proprietari, professionali i dipendenti. Struttura sicuramente da consigliare

Sono rientrato ieri dalla mia permanenza in questa struttura....top qualità prezzo, pulita camere ampie, ottima posizione......ma ciò che contraddistingue la struttura è che lo staff è professionale Gentile e sa veramente coccolare l'ospite. Spero di ritornarci presto... ottimo per la famiglia

Abbiamo soggiornato i primi giorni di settembre. Da sottolineare la gentilezza del personale ( cosa non scontata all'Elba!) . Colazione abbondante e camera spaziosa. Pulizia eccellente. Ottima la posizione a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di marciana Marina. Consigliato

Siamo stati benissimo io e mio figlio in questa settimana di fine agosto, servizi perfetti cortesia pulizia delle camere insomma assolutamente da tornare! Anche la piscina anzi le piscine esterna ed interna sono molto gradevoli così come il giardino per poter posteggiare le auto.complimenti e arrivederci a presto
