衞生間有返味，客棧有五六個私人停車位，停車還算方便。但服務水準有待提高，洗澡的時候居然有人用房卡開門進來，還是個女的，而衞生間的門是玻璃透明的，衹聽一聲尖叫，俺是無所謂了，要是女顧客在洗澡男老闆開門進來你説乍個辦嗎？

方便停車，房間乾淨，但衞生間很臭，下水道臭味讓人不願進入，所以沒有洗澡。熱水充足，網上定了標間，入店加錢入住了江景房，有陽台，不錯，坐小吊椅休閑一會感覺挺好，多花六十元也算有不同感覺，這是第二次來鳳凰古城。現在的古城已沒古韻了。商業氣息與滿街穿服飾照像的人影響人的感觀。也衹有這客棧給人一點温馨。

福建摩旅過來，剛好經過鳳凰。看他們有江景房，視野挺不錯的，衞生也乾淨就住下來啦。一住我就住了兩天。老闆也很熱情❤️

位置優越交通便利，酒店樓下就是停車場，前棟下樓是江邊景區，地鐵站出門幾分鐘就走到了酒店，非常方便。酒店設施齊全，房問乾淨整潔，住得很舒服。前台人員服務都很好，很主動，熱情。對面早餐不錯，品種多，個人覺得性價比蠻高。
2、價格在景區中算優惠了，住宿的環境、衞生等比同價的酒店好多了，服務態度規範，值得推薦。
3、性價比很高的臨江酒店 房問非常乾淨 前台熱情服務。態度親切感 非常好 服務也非常到位。下次還會
選擇這裏。

停車方便，門口吃飯也挺方便，陽台房可以看江景。老闆比較熱情，就是離核心江景有點距離。總體來説還算是比較好的。

趁過年放假帶孩子來鳳凰古城遊玩，我是到鳳凰才訂的房間，在網上對比了一下，覺得這家客棧綜合性價比很高，價位居中，有免費停車場。到店先看了下房間，房間很乾凈，遊玩古城也很方便，直接下樓即可，最重要的是停車就在店家對面，對於行李多的我來説不要太方便，春節的古城人超級多，老闆服務也贊
