Fiumicino Hotels with Airport pickup service

We didn’t stay at the hotel, we had an AirBnb nearby and this was around the corner from us so we used the restaurant a couple of times. The food was fantastic! Some of the best pizza and bruschetta we had during our time in Italy. However, the service really really let it down. The first time we visited, we arrived around 10pm due to our flight’s late arrival, but we were still able to get drinks and food. Service was slow, but we appreciated that it was busy and we weren’t in any rush, but it did take a good 30+ minutes to get the bill when we were done. The food was good enough that we wanted to return a second time. The second time, we arrived and were told by a man behind the bar to go and sit down and someone would be over, so we sat by the pool. After 30/40 minutes, no one had come to us so I went to the bar to order, where I was met with “oh you can’t sit outside, we are fully booked”, even though I told her we were instructed to sit down with no reservation (the restaurant was also very quiet with many empty tables). We placed our order for two pizzas to take away instead, and stood waiting at the bar for it. When the pizza came, only one arrived, and when I asked about the second pizza they realised it hadn’t actually been ordered, so we had to wait an extra 10 minutes for it to be made. They did say we could have it on the house, but at this point I just wanted to leave 😅 We walked back to our accommodation carrying our pizza in boxes and ate it at home, and while it was still delicious I couldn’t get over how rude the staff had been to us, all because we were not guests of the hotel. All in all, the food was great, service was slow, and the staff seemed bored and irritable, as if it was an inconvenience to serve their own customers.

We originally booked this for two nights in October on a room only basis through Agoda , but after our friends flew home , we decided we liked it so much that we would stay on for another two nights instead of going elsewhere in Italy.Breakfast was included this time at a very reasonable rate. Our rooms on the ground floor were of a good size with comfortable beds . Our laundry was done and we discovered a new aperitif called Aperol Spritz. We loved the friendly helpful staff. The gardens are lovely and it felt like home. If we were flying from Fiumicino again we would definitely stay here for a few days.

It's good. There is a Chinese restaurant next to it, which is very convenient. There is also a shuttle bus to and from the airport, which costs 8 euros each time. If you take a taxi at night, it costs more than 30 euros. Take a taxi directly to the city for 60 Euros.

A (somewhat expensive) shuttle takes you this modern hotel, only 3 km from the airport. We don´t agree with recent reviews of disappointment. (The shuttle is easy to find IF YOU HAVE PRINTED OUT THE MAP from the hotel internet site). Nice premises, they even have a rooftop pool! (but no gym). Rooms are OK, restaurant is good with an outside option, overlooking the fishingboats moored on the river. Staff is polite and helpful to non-italians. Fiumcino is also a charming little town. If you like to eat out, restaurants are plentiful just up the street from the hotel.

Small humble hotel that works hard to create a nice stay while waiting for an early morning flight. Very close to assorted restaurants, stores and other amenities. 3 star hotel but is worth the stay. Our room had A/C, nice TV, Internet and decent bath. Bring a converter to make sure you have electric when you need it.

I chose to stay at Suite Room Fiumicino for its location close to the airport, the free private parking, and the reasonable price that includes breakfast. My room was small but had all the amenities I required, the breakfast was exactly what I was looking for and the staff was friendly. The place has a homey atmosphere and a beautiful garden. This is a place I would choose to stay again.

We saw pictures of the hotel and the price was good, a bit outside Rome but we rented a car. We booked 10 days in a handicappedroom, not refundable. My 89yo mother was traveling with us in a wheelchair. The room was not handicapped but they promised us to change us in 1 or 2 days but lied. On the way there I was in a car accident and broke 3 ribs. At the beginning of our vacation I couldn't sight see so we stayed at the hotel for 4 days and left. The 24-hour lobby was closed that first night, and there were no ice machines anywhere. The owners yell and scream at each other. Housekeeping leaves the hotel at 2pm so we couldn't get new towels or our room cleaned for 2 days and when they did, they left the dirty with my blood sheets on the bed then when I complained the wife called me a liar and said I just put that there. The cot had stains on it with no mattress protector on it. This was all day 4. We called and booked the B&B Hotel in Rome for the rest of our vacation, and wow, what a difference! Great service, clean, better breakfast, and nice happy people. If you are staying here overnight on business, I'd say it's a good deal, but if it's for a vacation, stay away. This is not a place for families and is dark in the hallways, dirty, they control the AC unit, it is a poor hotel

Stayed for 5 days. The room is very big, the hotel covers a large area, there is a lot of greenery, the restaurant is also very large, and the food is pretty good. I especially like the beef cheek meat which is very tender. I saw that there are many flight attendants and stewardesses on China Eastern Airlines and Air China. Staying in this hotel is 3.3 kilometers from the airport. If you take a taxi to the airport, it costs 13 euros, but if the hotel delivers it, you have to pay 25 euros.

I I am very satisfied with the cute little room, clean for one person Only thing in the room no toothbrush is not provided, no toothbrush, no toothpaste no marble slippers to go in. I am also very satisfied with the service attitude of the hotel owner, Only thing I couldn't call them to open the door for me after the stipulated time I booked. I finally had to ask a kind neighbor to press the number to get the phone number to call the hotel owner to guide me to open the door.
