Receptionist was nice when I asked to extend stay for room & also asked them where to eat. The price was good for the room, & it’s just a 5 mins walk to the train station.

Sehr sauber, grosses Zimmer und schönes Bad. Zum Check in am Automat bisschen Zeit einplanen.Preis Leistung perfekt in Top Lage zum Bahnhof,wenn man sich von der Kaiserstrasse nicht abschrecken lässt

チェックインは何が起きても自動チェックインを利用しなければならず助けを求めても誰も来ません。
この機会は非常に遅く、また通りに面しているためとても心地悪く通りにいる人全てに個人情報を全て晒さなければいけません。
15分ほどかけて最終段階までいったけど、エラーとレセプションで話してくださいと表示があったのでレセプションにコールしたところ「何でドアを開けなきゃいけないの？」と聞かれとても素晴らしい気分になりました。
その後また10分ほど機械に待たせられやっと手に入れたカードキーも部屋の扉を開けることはできず誰もいないレセプションに行き電話をしなければなりません。
色んなホテルに泊まりましたが史上最低です。
部屋のバスルームも電気がつかず壁と屋根とベッドのみが平均的でそのほかは最低です。
絶対に誰にも勧めません。

房間有點小，服務一般，明明是定了標準和經濟雙床房給的，給的房間很小，然後明明是兩個人入住房間，説我們是一個人入住的早餐。有做酒店延遲，他們中間溝通有問題，清潔房間的人來敲門，要退房清潔。入住時前台接待的給免收城市税，這個表示感謝。
