"當端午遇上小童節，你們有什麼安排呢？我們自駕去北海過節，途經富寧，在這裏休整。性價比非常高的一個酒店，不僅因為是新開業的，所有的傢俱都是新的，還因為區位好，好找且停車免費方便。前台收了我一百按金，後面聊起説為何不加入閃住計劃，原來老闆有自己的考慮，説是為了約束客人能如期退房。從收取按金方單位名稱可以看出老闆之前是做室內裝飾的，後面轉入酒店行業，也算是酒店人莫大的欣慰，鄙人是教授酒店管理的，一到前台就看見靈動多彩多姿的觀賞魚，看得出老闆還挺有雅緻和情懷，但是問題也不少，具體如下： 1.讓客人用紅筆登記車牌不吉利，古人衹有斷頭前寫血書才是紅的，包括我們批改學生作業才用紅筆的，住酒店講究賓至如歸，客人是你們的家人，又不是你們的學生； 2.花灑🚿不能對着客人，要對着牆，否則會濕身，*一身水就算了，萬一燙到了或者冷到着涼了怎麼辦，最後你還得買葯賠禮道歉甚至收到差評； 3.涼拖會拉低你們的檔次，現在誰還穿這種拖鞋，容易傳染香港腳🦶，讓我想起“得了灰指甲，一個傳染倆”，玉溪某某酒店就做得很好，提供裝袋消毒拖鞋，免費使用，若要帶走，收費二十； 4.宣傳手冊啥都沒有，怪乾淨的哈，沒來得及設計客房物品損壞賠償清單就算了，隨便夾幾張信箋紙不行咩，而且沒有賠償清單假如客人把房間內的東西搬空了，你拿什麼依據找人家賠錢，你拍拍腦袋説多少就是多少嗎？這是對自己也是對客人的不負責任； 5.電梯間上面能否貼個醒目的標識，這個不難的，就看用不用心❤️ 既然要做酒店，就好好做。在這裏提出來不是批評更不是投訴和抱怨，希望下次我光臨貴酒店的時候能夠給我驚喜。拭目以待！"
