A warm welcome, fast check-in and an upgrade into executive room. Especially Ms. Grace shows a very good service attitude and very attentive friendly help. Breakfast is a high standard and the good quality of food is delicious and various. Enough elevators and no waiting time when will up or down. The room is good equipped, clean and tight. It have good view. There is a good lobby which is suitable for meeting, drink somewhat, relax or what you want. However, I got a pleasant stay and will stay here next time. I can recommend this hotel to everyone.

Not exactly at the Three Alley (Sanfang Qixiang) but still very central. The room was clean and comfortable. However, the cleanliness of the hot spring looked questionable. I was truly looking forward to the hot spring since I had been reading many great reviews on the hotel facilities. Nevertheless, the shortcoming of the pool was made up by the staff and the breakfast. The staff were great - enthusiastic and very helpful. We also enjoyed the rich breakfast, especially the Chinese, and Western options.

I arrived at the hotel late due to the weather. The waiter in the hotel lobby took the initiative to greet me and made me feel at home. The front desk was very enthusiastic to upgrade my room and let me take a hot spring bath, which was very comfortable. The hotel price is moderate and the cost performance is very high. I was traveling from the USA to visit family and friends in Fuzhou. There are many good things with this hotel. The location is great (a few minutes from subway station, supermarkets, multiple restaurants). The service, from the reception desk to housekeeping and breakfast staff, is top notch. What falls down for this hotel is the hardware - it is very dated and desperately needs a renovation, especially in the rooms. Without the renovation this hotel will be difficult to stay in soon.

I highly recommend this place! It’s clean, has nice smell, and has breakfast. The place is also near to famous spots in Fuzhou. The only I didn’t like are you could hear the voices in the hallway as well as that staff didn’t seem to know English so if you’re a foreigner who doesn’t know basic mandarin, it might be difficult to check in. Nevertheless, this is a gem and I would like to go back here.
