We enjoyed our stay! I eas a little concerned when we pulled up but the inside is completely remodeled. The pool area was very cute and the water was heated!

The staff was great. The lounge seemed fine. A lot of people mentioned the bar and the restaurant. My girl and I don't do bars and we wanted local restaurants, so I can't speak to that.
The room was very clean. The bed very comfortable, and I am picky. The shower was really great as well. However the room was spartan. Nothing on the wall, not even a fake plant. It was simply a place to crash. Not much in the way of storage for your clothes.
No windows, an individual room unit for heat and cooling. Pros and cons for that.

This is a former motel with painted cement floors that were very cold; no furniture in room except one stool; unsafe parking ; no elevator. It’s misleading to say this place is 4stars. Definitely only 1-2 stars even if newer MOTEL Staff was nice. ******* ratings very off based.

It was amazing! It was very clean, comfortable and cozy! Everyone there was over the top friendly! The atmosphere in the bar and restaurant were exceptional! We will definitely stay again!!

Our first time in Galveston, we chose Hotel Lucine because it reminded us of boutique hotels we liked. The renovation is very well done, taste full and comfortable. Staff friendly and attentive. Restaurant is excellent. Rooms are cozy and minimalist. Our stay was midweek offseason, so uncrowded. Enjoyed our 2 night stay very much.

Exceptional seaside escape! My stay at this charming boutique hotel was nothing short of delightful. The intimate atmosphere combined with the breathtaking beachfront location created a perfect retreat. The rooms were tastefully decorated, offering a cozy and inviting ambiance.
