Best experience ever. Location of the hotel is perfect as the access to the hotel is directly from the road . Local taxi is very near. MG Road is at walking distance. Above all room were very clear. Staff were very humble and helpful.

Both the rooms they were damp, unkempt for years.In room 305 bathroom hanger was broken, intercom equipment not working, the body wash and shampoo squeezers were empty.In 306 the TV was not working.

Terrible !! The experience is terrible !!!! The staff has no courtesy to speak …They have no respect for women the super duluxe rooms are so small that to accommodate extra bed they have to remove all basic furniture had early checkout … they did not pack sandwiches though we paid for breakfast Cleanlinesses average

One of best place will all amenities, excellent food quality, room service, staff behaviour and pocket friendly nearby MG Marg. Best thing they always help for cooking babies food. Only few minutes walking toward MG Marg

This was the hotel we stayed during our first day in Gangtok. We had reached around 9pm at night and were given a smooth onboarding by the receptionist Tashi. She was very warm and helpful and we had called earlier to get our dinner booked which she got warmed for us. The room was quite cozy and I had booked two Super Deluxe Rooms and in one of them we even got a small sofa. The bathrooms were clean, the geyser working well. The bed and pillow were quite comfortable and the quilt provided was very cozy. The thing which made me surprised and happy the most was finding the Srimad Bhagavad Gita in the drawer in each room. The location is quite good as well, with MG mark being a 7-10 min walk from the hotel. The only con of I have to mention was the food which tasted a bit odd and could be worked upon.

It was really awesome stay and also staff was very supportive 🙏 Housekeeping, Security, Food and other amenities are good. Walking distance to MG road. Recommending to stay here 😊 No need to think again just book the room.

Best hotel at Gangtok.must stay here they are very friendly and they are understanding..thanks for cooperation. The hospitality of both the hotel and restaurant was very good. And one more thing food was awesome. True to it’s price and rooms were spacious.

Overall a good hotel near MG Marg...food was good and tasty... the cook they have can make tasty dishes..Royal, Priya and others all were really helpful...they also helped us whenever we required any information. .. would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gangtok
