We have chosen 4 family to stay for 6 days at Platan Hotel. Due to its location and lack of family facilities (swimming pool/ playground, outdoor holiday) it is a typical business hotel - although we met a couple of families during our stay. The hotel is a new, very clean, quite large parking and a nice restaurant with a large garden (although there are usually organized events during the weekend). We treated this hotel as a stand-by and it was a shot at 10th! To the city center or the beach you go about 20-30min depending on the traffic intensity. Breakfasts very tasty and varied Pros: -very good price -clean in the hotel and in the room (on accommodation) - SPA zone - smooth air conditioning - smell of new:-) Minus: - during our stay, not cleaned in our room at all times (towel exchange or garbage disposal) The biggest plus of this hotel is excellent and inclusive reception and waiter service. All of them were very kind and helpful and this is really rare:) Special thanks to Mrs. Oli from the reception, who performed her duties fantasticly.

We arrived at the airport at 01:00 in the first day of Christmas. We got the code for the building and the code for the room. We were waiting for a small but nice and clean room with the bathroom. We had everything we needed. Clean set of towels, soap/samp, kettle, coffee, tea, water in bottles. The only minus is one blanket, but we were happy with the well-prepared room ordered spontaneously on holiday. I recommend and we will definitely come back again!

Big, bright, clean rooms and quiet rooms. Brilliant breakfast: a lot of different cheeses, hams, rice salads, eggs, vegetables, jams, warm dishes : sussages, scrammed eggs, fried eggs. The are also prepared sandwiches and cookies. To drink coffee, tea and 3 juices! The location is near to airport and highway street. Everything is perfect!

I went to Gdansk for the football match and when I got to the airport they didn't let me board the flight so I had to find a convenient place to stay. The hotel is only 3-4 minutes walk from the airport. Very convenient. The front desk Daria was very helpful with the check-in and was also helpful with any questions I had, especially since I needed to do a PCR test. Since I had an early morning flight, Daria also offered a breakfast box for me to take away since their breakfast started at 6. The hotel rooms were clean and kept tidy. It has a restaurant which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Limited options for food but in a way that's good. Breakfast is served by the staff due to the pandemic. My only suggestion would be to have a menu or list of all the breakfast items. The breakfast was good enough, again limited options. Hotel staff were bilingual, which I found the toughest to find in Gdansk. There is also a PCR tent right outside the hotel which opens at 7 AM and you get a test result in 6 hours. All in all, for an airport hotel, it has all that you need. Convenience, place to sleep, food and drinks.

It’s a small hotel very nice and cozy near the airport. The staff is very kind and helpful. The room was warm despite the very cold weather. The bed is correct, comfortable enough. It was very clean. The breakfast was really good, a lot of choices. You have the train and the bus just across the street, so it’s very easy to get to Gdansk.
