had some troubles when I checked in. The buildings nearby are all from the same company, but with different names. Changed my hotel to a 5 star hotel and it was still great!

I’m very disappointed for there’ check in preparation say self check in but system problems so hv to wait the long queue waste of the time. acutely and also the internet very bad the room all didn’t get WiFi .I’m disappointed with their tv channel only hv 3 channels .screen share also can’t do coz of internet bad

Everything looks ok, except the Parking location is far & parking card to be validated at the Hotel lobby, which is not convenient. From room to Sky garden & take another lif from another tower block to the Lobby to get the card validated with free parking, & then hv to take the lif go back to Sky Gdn, & then take another lif in another Tower block, just to be able to get to my car. After validated card, we hv to be out from the parking location within 15 mins. Experienced while taking lif from lobby, sometimes it might takes 5 mins waiting for the lif, so it makes us a bit of nervous & hv to very hurried try to get the car the soonest the possible 🤦♂️

Room is big and clean. Free parking. Very comfortable to stay.

Great hotel

There are several hotel apartments on the mountain. The room is clean and the view from the balcony is nice. The price-performance ratio is really high. It doesn't cost much to take a Grab from Genting Casino, but you have to wait.

Although the hotel room was winding around, there was a nice guy at the front desk who knew we couldn't understand the directions and took us directly to the room after checking in.

It's hard to find. Most people can't find it. I searched for an hour.

New hotel, very good

It’s a very dark 5-8 mins drive to the apartment, and there is only 1 carpark for the entire people staying at the apartmentsss. There is a few blocks/apartments but only 1 carpark hence we have to park and walk veryyyy far to the apartments. Water heater was not functioning from till we told them to fixed it and there is leaking in the bathroom. Door signs are not working and we couldn’t indicate “do not disturb” hence the staff came into the room while we weren’t in. Overall it is a ok apartment for 1 day stay if you are on budget.
