"Just needed an overnight stop prior to driving home after a long flight. Minor problems with the shower setup in 212 but I assume there’s a reason for it (hard to use the smaller shower head because of the way it’s fixed. But I have to say the bed was fine, the breakfast was good and the staff, without exception were terrific. I’ll be back."
"All in all was a comfortable stay, a plus on the breakfast staff so friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was very good, hearty and warm.
Only surprise was I had to pay again at the front desk even though I already did online upon booking.
Yet to be resolved by Trip.com customer service side. I hope it will be soon and I can my refund."

"For the first time ever I phoned reception to complain about the noise. There was a function going on downstairs that was so obnoxious. When I called reception the guy who answered just sighed, told me that he'd had several complaints and the music would continue until 12.45...
The corridor was SO noisy. All the doors are set to slam closed. And slam they do....
I was travelling with my 10 year old daughter. We both had a terrible night's sleep.
Staff didn't ask how my stay was or how I'd slept when checking out. As a frequent traveller I think that's the first time this has happened. Probably just as well as I'd have told them....
The room was clean but there was no shampoo in the container in the bathroom. Very basic.
Saving grace was the swimming pool. Especially with a 10 year old. We were allowed to swim in the morning which really cheered her up."
"The English breakfast was hearty and delicious. The hotel has complete facilities, elegant environment and high security. It is only a 5-minute walk from the university where my daughter is studying. There is a cafe downstairs, and afternoon tea is convenient."
"I Love this hotel. The receptionist Julie really made our trip very special. She found d out immediately were celebrating and made everything super special for us. She is an asset to the business for sure!
Room was clean enough and tidy. But what a view!
Staff in the red sky bar were a little lethargic and nowhere near as attentive."
"The surrounding environment is very good, the scenery is pleasant, the hotel is right by the river, the parking lot is relatively large, and it is a little far from the business."
"Friendly reception at the counters (both front and level 7) except the lad manning what I think is the auto check in counters. Cheer up. Clean room. More varieties of food compared to Yotel Edinburgh. No kettle, coffee (tea) in the room unfortunately."
"Last minute, overnight booking due to travel disruption and a late check-in with an eye-watering price tag of £209! This hotel is undoubtedly a high-quality establishment with a very impressive lobby.
Our short visit meant we didn't explore the facilities but again, plenty on offer. In terms of the room, definitely not worth the price. Stayed in better appointed accomodation for a fraction of the cost.
Check-in staff could have been more welcoming. Early check-out staff friendly and efficient. Would I stay again, doubt it. Just not into overpriced hotels!"
"Another great stay. Housekeeping turned up at 10am which was disappointing cause check out isn’t till 12pm, so made me feel a bit rushed to get out. Heaters in room don’t stay above 26c even though the dial goes to 32c and me being naturally cold meant I woke up quite a bit during the night as the room wasn’t warm enough.
Highly recommend the hotel, great staff and great pool with Steam room and gym. Only real disappointing thing about the hotel is breakfast is like £18 and I’m not a big breakfast person just toast and coffee so it ain’t worth it for me I think there should be a cheaper option for light eaters."

Very Good
GGeorge96Hotel Indigo Glasgow is a fantastic, centrally located hotel. Less than 5 minutes walk from Glasgow central station, Hotel Indigo has clean, modern and well equipped rooms featuring; tea and coffee making facilities, a minibar and iron with ironing board. The king-size bed was very comfortable and the temperature of the room was easily adjusted with the in-room thermostat. Staff were very welcoming and friendly.

AAdventures.with.KaiThis trip was to visit family for Christmas. I knew I’d need an escape so booking a hotel was WISE. Originally booked for 3 days, my flight got cancelled and then rebooked for an earlier arrival time so I had to book an extra day earlier. Thankfully, They had availability. At check-in, The front desk was incredibly nice and polite. The breakfast was worth paying for. I ended up extending my stay because I enjoyed the Location, convenience and that it was a studio with a cooktop.
The last 2 days of my stay were not as enjoyable as the upstairs or next door neighbours were very loud. It wasn’t worth complying to the front desk about as I just used earplugs.
The beds are hard, not quite easy Asia hard but close with that, I’d stay again the location with brekky and having a cook top. Worth it.

MMatthewGreat location near museums, good restaurants and other amenities. Lovely breakfast. We enjoyed the convenience of having parking but would prefer that the parking be included in the reservation rather than at an extra charge.

GGuest UserVery close to main distractions (OVO hydro stadium, Maritime museum etc.) easy access, staffs at reception were friendly. I booked the wrong date through trip.com and staff advised me that I was not the only one, luckily there were rooms available on that day so managed to get that changed free-of-charge, thanks to Trip.com for your prompt support.
If we ever go back to Glasgow, we will stay there again!
AAyo1eeReview of Nice Pool
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)
I recently had the pleasure of enjoying a delightful experience at a lovely pool that truly exceeded my expectations. The moment I arrived, I was captivated by the serene ambiance and the stunning views surrounding the area.
Atmosphere:
The pool area was beautifully designed, with lush greenery and comfortable lounge chairs that invited relaxation. The atmosphere was calm and inviting, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a long day of exploring.
Water Temperature:
One of the standout features of this pool was the warm water. It was just the right temperature, providing a soothing and refreshing experience. I found myself spending hours floating and enjoying the gentle warmth, which was especially delightful in the cooler evening hours.
Facilities:
The amenities were top-notch, with clean restrooms and showers nearby. The poolside bar offered a variety of refreshing drinks and light snacks, which made it easy to stay hydrated and satisfied while lounging by the water.
Overall Experience:
I couldn’t have asked for a better way to relax and enjoy my time. Whether you’re looking to swim, sunbathe, or simply enjoy the view, this pool has something for everyone. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable experience. I can’t wait to return!
Tip: Don’t forget to bring a good book or some music to enhance your relaxation by the pool!

AAR RoseThis is a new Ibis Styles hotel in central Glasgow. It is newly opened and I will definitely stay here again. The rooms are all music themed (Ie the carpet has pics of the barrowlands market, it’s lovely and there are band names written all over the bathroom wall).
The hotel is very modern (neon signs at reception and bar.
The staff were so lovely.
The breakfast is buffet style but really fresh and lovely ingredients. 10/10 here. A plus factor is, it is served until 11am at weekends
A bonus is it has a 12 o clock check out policy (a massive plus for me as I like a sleep in)

GGuest UserThe room was clean but the decor very basic and outdated. Really small TV. Reception staff really nice and friendly. In regards to location it’s 15 min walk from central station but could be a trek walking back as uphill. Slept well but couldn’t control the heating so room was too warm. Windows can’t be opened too in our room. The biggest disappointment was no evening meal so don’t count on it. Haven’t check the breakfast as when asked at reception I have been told to check breakfast in the morning first and then come and pay if I like what I see so decided not to try it as had to leave very early the next day. Overall hotel for a price of odd £34 or so wasn’t bad but you have to be aware of not counting for a meal there.

SSteveI have to say that all the staff I met were fantastic. The people at reception and in the restaurant were excellent. The cleaning staff also showed perfect honesty by handing in things that I had left behind in the room. However, the fabric of the building is tired. The shower (over the bath) was not consistent, the channel changer was faulty. The bar/restaurant area had no vibrance. Also cash was not accepted. Very reasonable price
