The rooms are always tidy and the breakfast is varied and very tasty. The surroundings are spacious, with squares and parks for walking. It's also close to the famous sights and squares of Graz, so it's great for sightseeing. The staff are very friendly and always give you positive feedback on what you want. It was my birthday during my stay and they gave me an unforgettable little party at breakfast. It was the most unforgettable part of my stay in Graz.

It is considered to be a relatively large hotel in Europe, over-living hotels, small cities, hotels have their own parking lot, of course, you must check in at the front desk before you can find the entrance parking, other things are normal. Went early without breakfast.

Friendly and polite staff, perfect breakfast! Parking availability , either the hotel's or across the street on public parking. Reasonable distance from city center aproximataly 15min walk. Clean and huge room, comfy and large bed! Need to say more?

Hi arrived one Sunday evening for the Grand Prix that was taking place nearby. Check in was via an iPad which told you a code for the room and all doors. (No disinfectant next to the ipad) The whole hotel was fine - basic, comfortable, clean and cheap. For what you pay, it's value for money. One thing i was a bit concerned about was the requirement (at the time) to show you were either vaccinated, tested or recovered from COVID (3Gs). Checking in on an iPad prevented people from showing this - anyone could have had it. Car park was in the shopping centre across the road - i got a discount from the hotel, which was great. Apart from that - a nice hotel.

Plus points - the location is good and the rooms are a decent size with decent facilities Minus points - the staff friendliness was a bit hit and miss - some where great, some not so helpful. The room service was a bit patchy - one day no towels, another day tea and coffee not replenished. The parking was also not ideal - I booked this hotel because it had hotel parking. I arrived around 10pm and was told the car park was full and I'd have to find somewhere to park myself either on the road outside or search the internet for a car park close by! Not really what I wanted to hear having travelled for around 12 hours - fortunately there was one remaining space fairly close which was a relief. We were lucky for the remainder of our stay that we managed to get a space in the undeground car park. If you do get a space the car park is really good - well lit, modern and easy to park with good room for each parking space. Overall our stay was ok.

It is a certain distance from Castle Hill and the central square. After crossing the river, you can walk for about 20 minutes. Regarding parking: the hotel has an underground parking lot with sufficient parking space, 15 euros a day. After telling the front desk, it will be settled together with the room fee. You will be given a card to be collected and you can scan the code when you go out. Hotel hygiene: The hotel is relatively clean, and there are extrusion facilities, but the room is very compact, not enough to open two 28-inch suitcases Hotel facilities: Then in the morning, no one is on duty at the front desk, the hotel does not need to check out, just go straight away~ The more depressing thing is that there is no hair dryer in the room~ Since there is no one at the front desk, there is no one to borrow at the front desk.

Location and services are excellent. Staff are friend and efficient. Hotel design is simple, but remarkable. The only comment is the lack of hot drinking water. There is no water boiler in the room (seems most hotels in Europe are the same). It is quite inconvenient in the cold season.

In Graz for a customer meeting and stayed in Grand Hotel Wiesler Graz for 3 nights (Jan 18 to Jan 21). Truly enjoyed this stay, Five Star for sure. The facility was built in 1909 (guessed from its WiFi password), yet the interior is very modern. The staff was very friendly and responsive, and the breakfast was the best we ever had in Europe. The hotel is in a premium location, with Tram #1, 4,6,7 connecting to the train station,

Just in the center of the city, there is a one-way line on the side, and the friend who drives the car is going to drive carefully for the first time. Very good location, very close to the main attractions, walking distance, a little far from the castle. The hotel was originally an ancient building, the floor was slamming, and the hotel was filled with potted plants. Breakfast is plentiful.
