"Nice and clean room, pretty spacious and enough for two people. The negative was that it was not clear that you must pay an additional €20+ euros per person for breakfast (which we declined) and that the items in the mini bar are not free (I suspected as much so I did not consume anything, however there were no prices listed on the items so I wouldn't blame anyone who assumed they were complimentary)."
"Graz is a very unique city, not many tourists. The location of the hotel is a little far away from the inner city, it will take about 15 minutes to walk to the inner city. The room is very spacious, and the mineral water and chocolates are provided, which is very considerate. There is a small balcony where you can ventilate and dry your clothes, which is also quite comfortable. There are not many choices for breakfast. You have to place an order with the waiter for egg-like food, and you can order it right away. There are a lot of parking lots, but they are relatively narrow. Be careful. The parking fee is 12 euros per night."
"The room is very clean and tidy, the service staff is also good, the breakfast is quite varied, the taste is not bad, suitable for business office, it is recommended, the facilities are also very complete"

In addition, the breakfast ingredients are carefully selected and worth trying!"

"Einfache und unkomplizierte Buchung. Sehr sauberes und relativ neues Hotel. Sehr kompetente, nette und zuvorkommende Angestellte. Frühstücksbuffet- einfach alles da was
das Herz begehrt, das Auge erspäht und der Frühstücksmagen verlangt. Wirklich sehr weiterzuempfehlen. Wir werden bei anderen Österreichischen Städtetrips, bei der Buchung

"Although the room is a bit small, it is better than the sparrow. Although the breakfast is very good, the environment is very good. I will stay here next time."

AAnonymous UserClose to the central train station, convenient transportation, a little distance from the old town, about 20 minutes walk, or you can take the tram.
The room is very soundproof and basically unaffected by the outside world. The items are relatively complete in Europe, with shoe cloth, shoe sponge, shower cap, cotton pad and cotton swab. The bedding is OK, but the duvet is a little thick.
The service is very good, meeting the standards of four or five stars!
There are all kinds of breakfast, but there are not many choices.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the train station and next to a supermarket, which is very convenient. It takes more than 20 minutes to walk to the old city center. The hotel facilities are very new, the rooms are not big, the layout is compact, everything is available, and the open cloakroom. After checking in, I added another day. When I went out and returned to the room, I found that the room was not cleaned and replaced with new towels. I called the customer service and the waiter brought it to me quickly.
MMichelle0919Everything just so good. I love the room with a bath tub. We went to their restaurant for dinner too. Their cocktails taste so good and the food are nice too. We had a nice time with them =) other than that Graz is just an amazing city with many beautiful building.
GGuest UserGraz, as the second largest city in Austria, does not have a five-star hotel. I conservatively chose Mercure, a chain owned by Accor.
The front desk was friendly and spoke fluent English. Billa is next door, which is very convenient and close to the old town. The sofa bed in the family suite can be made for children to sleep on.
Basically, it is at the level of domestic business hotels, and the breakfast is relatively simple.
AAdamThis hotel was recommended by a colleague. We temporarily chose this hotel because the hotel next door suddenly increased its price. The location is also very good, not much different from other European hotels. The service is average. There are a few restaurants downstairs, and the overall experience is ok.
FFANGI deliberately chose this historic hotel. Although the facilities are a bit old, the interior is beautiful, the room and bathroom are large, and the refrigerator in the room is still a keyed one, which is especially old-fashioned. The location of the hotel is very good, right in the city center, very close to the attractions, within walking distance.
CChengThe hotel looks new. Designed in minimalist way, cutting down costs while serving the essentials. A hostel, effectively. Located over 15 minutes away by car from the city centre, the hotel offers free carpark to attract residents. Public transport is less reliable. Breakfast is cheap (€10.5), choice is understandably little. In short, it is quiet, clean and simple.
AAnonymous UserI stayed overnight. The room was very large, so I have a particularly impression that I could use it as Yu 々. The shower was a box type of glass door, and there was no problem with the hot water. Convenient location, less than 5 minutes walk from the train station, and there is also a supermarket nearby. It is a little over 10 minutes walk on a flat road to the old town. There is also a tram running on the street in front of you. At check-in, the elderly staff explained carefully how to use the number lock key and also tourist information, so I was able to use it with peace of mind.
JJONO5K22Location is a 4 minute walk from the train station and a 6 minute walk from Lidl. The receptionists are hardworking, friendly and efficient, whilst the property itself has a communal kitchen to offer guests and inside storage for bicycles. There is naturally a bar and coffee available too, to buy. There is a decent sized common area for working and socialising alongside a pool table and 48 player table football. Lots of books can be found around too. I would recommend 100% as the rooms were spacious and clean with complimentary shower gel. Good value overall.
GGuest UserVery clean and well-maintained—both the hotel and the room! Just a heads-up: there’s no aircon, only a fan. It was cool enough for me, but my friend felt it was a bit warm since we visited during summer. The hotel might look a little dated in photos, but in person it’s airy, and doesn’t have any musty smell at all.
The location is excellent—just a short walk to the Old Town, with plenty of eateries right next to the hotel. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. For the price I paid, I’d say it’s definitely worth it—especially with free breakfast included!
I love the old school key system but it’s super heavy.
