"It is a holiday when I go to see a child. The hotel is located in a quiet corner of the UBC campus, the air is very good, the scenery is not bad. The hotel should be a little old, the facilities are not new, but it is clean. It is a suite with a separate bedroom with living room, kitchen and small dining room. The kitchen utensils are complete. During the period of residence, I also simply made some meals for my son, which improved the food. With its own parking lot, parking is convenient, just $16 a day for parking. In general, if you go to school to see children, it is still very good."
"The check-in place was too hard to find. It was in another building. I parked my car in a public parking lot first, then looked for their check-in place, and then parked my car at their designated location according to their instructions. Parking and then getting to the room to check in was a bit complicated. There are no signs in their dedicated parking lot. You need to give you a card to park in the underground parking garage. Although there are some parking spaces on the road outside, they are all full! The room is quite big and clean. There are disposable toiletries, which are quite good. The price is not expensive, so it’s okay!"
"The first and second floors are market, not far from Chinese food! The room is oversized and the front desk is very polite! The refund is quite fast! awesome!"

"Came for a wedding, stayed the weekend, got top floor, hotel located right on water, there’s market downstairs from local vendors kinda neat, hotel is clean, sauna is nice, indoor pool, gym is decent size(not sure if you’d wanna work out on vacay but it’s there),rooms r good size, bathroom is spacious and very clean, lots of restaurants around too!it is distance away from metro Vancouver so be ready to spend $30+ for Uber rides each way"
"Facilities: Older. The sound insulation is not good, the room given is close to the road, and the car is loud. The toilet is not easy to close after flushing. The big bed collapsed slightly in the middle."

Amazing
GGuest UserMy husband and I stayed overnight in Vancouver to see a hockey game. The hotel is close to many amazing restaurants within walking distance. It is also close to Rogers Stadium so that is always nice so we don’t have to pay for parking or cabs.
The staff were amazing and accommodating as we’d asked to have a room with a balcony, which they were able to do. We had dinner out but had brunch in their restaurant which is on the 5th floor. The atmosphere was so magical, all decorated for Christmas but it was also warm and inviting.
For whatever reason (maybe bcause it was a Tuesday morning) we were the only ones in the restaurant until half way through our brunch, then only one other couple shared the dining room with us. The food was INCREDIBLE and our server Lee was the sweetest most kind person I’ve ever meet. After our brunch we sat by the fireplace with our coffees, relaxing before our 12 pm checkout. It felt like we were in a Manhattan brownstone. We will definitely be coming back in the future and certainly will recommend this hotel to our friends. Staying at LHermitage was an oasis in the midst of a very hard 3 weeks of me just having lost my mom. Thank you 🎄❤️

Great
JJanez VoDear Hotel Manager,
I hope this message finds you well. I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn/Hilton in Vancouver and wanted to share some feedback regarding my experience with the front desk team.
Unfortunately, I found the level of service to be below the usual high standards I associate with the Hampton Inn/Hilton brand. Specifically:
I arrived at the hotel at 1:00 a.m. on December 15, 2024, and was informed by the front desk staff that I could not sit in the lobby because my check-in time was 3:00 p.m. The staff member's approach felt dismissive, and I was asked to leave the lobby, which was disappointing after a long journey.
Upon arrival, I even cant not have a cup of water, and it was not provided. Is this due to hotel policy, or was it an oversight? Basic services such as offering water to arriving guests are often considered a courtesy and can greatly improve the guest experience.
Additionally, the front desk staff seemed inattentive during check-in and did not address my concerns effectively. This lack of professionalism left me feeling unwelcome.
I understand that managing guest interactions can sometimes be challenging, but I believe addressing these issues could significantly improve the experience for future guests.
Thank you for taking the time to review this feedback. I appreciate the effort your team puts into ensuring high-quality service and hope this feedback helps uphold the reputation of your brand.

GGuest UserThe hotel is just a short distance from the airport and offers a convenient courtesy shuttle. It's close to everything, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were incredibly accommodating and ensured we had a quiet room for a restful night. Highly recommend1
JJerryThe area isn't the best. Within walking distance of better areas. However, the immediate street and few blocks can be less desirable in one direction. There is a night club right under the hotel. Also, we stayed a couple days apart and when we came back the front glass door pane had been broken. Didn't look great with a boarded up door in the front entrance. Building is older and has the uneven flooring but that is consistent with other old buildings. The building seems decently maintained and clean but can't get rid of some of the quirks of an old building.

DDoakeyThe location is really the best value for money!! If you are sensitive to noise from the pub on the first floor, it might be serious. It's okay, but if you want good facilities and service, I don't recommend it. If you just want to sleep and have a temporary base, it's okay!! It's a facility that's over 100 years old, so it's vulnerable to soundproofing and cold protection.

GGuest UserThe location of the B&B is good, within 10 minutes' walk from the subway station and bus station, with convenient transportation. You can buy compass recharge cards or disposable paper cards at the subway station, which are convenient for traveling in the city. The room is clean and tidy, and the kitchen utensils and seasonings are all available, making it very convenient to cook. The landlord is warm and thoughtful in service, and if you stay for a long time, you may even get free local high-quality fruits.
GGuest UserThe front desk staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. The room amenities were also quite well-appointed. The only minor issue was that the air conditioner controls weren't very clear or intuitive to use. The hotel's location is great for shopping, and with plenty of Chinese and Western restaurants nearby, finding delicious food was a breeze.
CCrAzYd426This hotel Actually Better than I expected coz the reviews said it sucks……🤪
I think not too bad indeed tho I haven’t visit the gym yet….
I have no complaint for the room, I think it’s good to have microwave and coffee machine in the room and the lobby has coffee machine with different choice of coffee, it’s so good! 😊
Also there is a Korea Town (about 5 minutes walking from Lougheed Town Center Skytrain Station, this hotel about 10-15 minutes walking distant from the Lougheed Town Center Skytrain Station). There are many restaurants nearby, also there is Lougheed Town Centre (a shopping mall) it’s so convenient 👍🏻
I think it’s ok to stay a night or two but of coz the cleanliness and management could be better 😉
