比較滿意的一次入住，硬件完善，位置也方便，出門兩百米就是美食街，可以吃到地道的當地美食，酒店自助早餐也豐富，同檔次酒店中性價比很高。

前台服務熱情，態度誠懇，同時非常熱情的告知一些入住事項，包括延遲退房服務、早餐營業地點及時間。
房間設施與實例圖樣相符，面積挺大的，不會讓人感覺閉塞，窗户的採光面積也夠好，透過窗户就能看見樓下的河濱。特別驚喜的是還有護理包，吹風機、一次性浴帽等洗漱用品也一應俱全，要表揚的是沐浴露和洗髮水的泵頭不可以打開，雖然已經不是第一次入住了，但仍然能給我一種賓至如歸的感覺!

酒店的環境和服務都還可以，就是衞生有點點問題，房間的衞生，搞得不徹底。另外就是床上用品，好像也沒洗乾淨。希望有待改進。

其實已經是第四次還是第五次？住了 然後之前都覺得還不錯 雖然有一些不便利之處 但總體來説也沒造成困擾 但是這次入住的體驗可太差了
第一 我進房間後想泡個茶包 發現杯中還有水！！杯子也有裂痕 我當時震驚了 然後我躺下後轉頭充手機時 發現旁邊牀頭櫃的表面em……很多灰塵 其次我覺得房間電視不能投屏也非常不方便 投屏還要下載軟件 下載之後又説電視版本過低 自帶又沒有會員 啥也看不了 然後燈光也是 雖然有四個模式 但我個人還真覺得沒有開關方便 智能中帶一點雞肋吧
早餐還可以的 雖然每個種類不算豐富 但味道都還可以的 自動窗簾也是不錯的
但這次太失望了 我預訂的這晚我注意了下別家房價 都沒這麼高 應該在應山是數一數二的高房價了 包括在武漢這個淡季二百多能住一個很不錯的酒店了 衹能説除了賺錢的同時其他方面也要跟上吧

環境：就在小河邊上，早上可以跑個步啥的
早餐：種類比較多，味道也不錯，
服務：服務還不錯
缺點：這個酒店應該是從老酒店後面改的麗怡酒店，設施是比較老舊的了，而且隔音很差，其次酒店目前沒有洗衣機和烘乾機，不像是麗怡的標準，
最後要住棋牌房的遊客建議升級個標準房間，棋牌房打牌的客户有點多，會比較吵
