I had an incredible stay at Chimelong Hotel, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. This resort has everything you could possibly need for a memorable and stress-free vacation. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the welcoming and friendly staff who made check-in a breeze and set the tone for the rest of my stay. The lobby area is warm and inviting, creating a great first impression. The hotel itself is perfectly designed with comfort and convenience in mind. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options to start the day off right. One of the standout features was the free shuttle bus service from the nearby Subway station to the hotel. It made getting around incredibly easy and saved a lot of time. The resort also offers plenty of entertainment, including a fun kids' play area and the amazing Animal Island right outside the hotel. It’s perfect for families with children or anyone who enjoys getting close to nature. I can’t recommend the Chimelong International Circus enough, it’s a must see! The show was absolutely spectacular, with thrilling performances and a vibrant atmosphere that had everyone on the edge of their seats. Overall, Chimelong Hotel is the perfect place for both relaxation and adventure. The blend of excellent service, great amenities, and exciting attractions made for an unforgettable stay. I will definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a family friendly getaway!

We love staying in this hotel. The hotel is very near to Chimelong Safari and Circus (you can walk in via a gate near to the hotel). There is also a night market 10mins drive from the hotel. Nearby there are also eateries and supermarkets. The hotel staff are very approachable. My shoe sole dropped off and they even help to find super glue for me! Also very clean. I also like the Robot Waiter. The only shortcoming is that the room is small and you would not have walking space if you have several 29inch luggage. Overall, was a good stay.

We stayed in the Prince Family themed room and everything was great! The customer service at the Panda Hotel is great! They installed a guardrail for the little one immediately upon request. There were 2 bath towels in the bathroom, but we were 4 people. Upon calling the front desk, they immediately provided additional amenities and even extra water bottles. Upon check in, the associate at the desk told us that the breakfast buffet is open daily from 7AM to 11AM, however when we got there at 10AM, the buffet was in the middle of being closed. This was upsetting as the kids had just sat down to eat and all the buffet items were removed. The sign outside the restaurant also listed the breakfast end time to be 11AM. We went to the front desk and complained right away, to which the manager apologized and told us that there was a misunderstanding and that the end time is actually 10AM. She offered a discount on the dinner buffet and a VIP shuttle to the Safari Park, which was not bad. Overall, it was a great trip and the kids enjoyed and did not want to leave. The little details of everything being catered towards children is what really made the difference. From the drinking cups, to the dental kits, to the bathrobes and slippers to the baby toilet seat on all the hotel toilets. We will definitely come back to the hotel in the future.

If you want to go to Chimelong, it is the most cost-effective one nearby, but it is relatively old overall, but it still has what it should have. It is only 10 minutes away from Chimelong, so it is recommended. There is a pork trotter rice next to it. The boss is very polite. He added a braised egg and opened a double yolk. The boss said that he had never seen this before in more than ten years of work. He said that I made a fortune this year and was very happy. The overall cost-effectiveness is very high.

The room was spacious, and the bed was more than enough for my parents and two kids. I didn't see the front desk staff during the whole process, and only communicated on WeChat. There was a small problem. We used Baidu Maps to call a taxi, but the driver took us to another place and it took us a long time to find the place.

It’s a really nice place convenient and it’s near from the metro station if you wanna come here to visit or to work as a business it’s really good choice and I would stay here again. The lady will talk to you very good and they clean and they have clean bedsheets and clean bathrooms and showers and I really like the experience

I chose this hotel to visit Chimelong circus and safari. Good option in Panyu district. Bed and toilet are great and new. However, almost all the restaurants around the hotel during CNY were closed and night market had limited option too so we had to go to the closest shopping mall to eat dinner.
