Great value for money, super clean, comforable bed, beautiful river view from hotel room. Need to specific mention this hotel have very amazing, friendly and helpful staffs. (We left a wifi egg with charger behind and they gave it to us immediately when we check out!!) Walking distance to eateries and river cruise at the pier. Stay for 2 nights in this hotel, just a bit disappointed coz can't go to the rooftop bar due to events on both nights. Also need to mention elderly need to be very careful when using the shower room of the hotel coz their floor are made of marble. It can be a bit slippery. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel and will come back next time. We had a wonderful time here, thank you very much.

Given the high rating and reputation of this hotel, I was shocked by the conditions of the supposedly newly renovated rooms. I was staying at the standard room on the twelve floor , facing the historical buildings. We checked in after 10:30pm under the drizzles and chill - the outside temperature was around 10 degress. I noticed the holes of the linen of the blinds when they were rolled down, though it could still function. Yet, the light shield was worse. It was trapped on one side and could not be let down. The plus side was we were offered another room on the same floor immediately. Leo who helped to bring our luggage up was very polite and patient. He stayed outside our room when his colleague brought the new key of the new room and accompanied us to the new room to ensure everything was all right. He was worth 5 out of 5 for service. However, I would further explain why I only gave 4 out of 5 for service. Yet, the new room was smaller and for any other international hotels , from my experience, would offer an upgrade of the room. This hotel did not. Thats why I gave 4 out of 5 for service. The linen of the blinds in the new room was still far from 100%. I could still detect torn tissues , most probably because the blinds were dated. Thats why I gave a 3 out of 5 for facilities.

First of all, I would like to praise all the service staff, especially the duty manager Peter, who communicated with me about the housing needs before my mother and I checked in, fully understood the core needs of the residents, and made arrangements that moved the customers. It was very considerate. The hotel has a great location and the decoration is elegant and dignified. We are traveling. The station in front of the hotel is connected in all directions. We can reach many famous attractions without even needing a subway. The room is designed according to the specifications of a hotel apartment, and is equipped with a washing machine, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, and coffee machine. I live in a suite, and the washing machine has a drying function. In Guangzhou, which is hot and hot, it is very convenient for me, who has to wash and dry clothes every day. The hairdryer is from Dyson, and the room is thoughtfully equipped with electric mosquito coils and a steam ironing machine. You can feel that the staff want to make guests feel at home. There are plenty of USB charging sockets in the room, which is convenient and user-friendly. There is PILLOW MENU where you can choose the pillow that suits you. The housekeeping staff even found out that I drink coffee every day, so they put some extra coffee capsules in the bag so that I could drink it with peace of mind😀 Although the hotel's catering is not yet complete, the scenery is almost non-existent, and the young service staff's response is a bit ****y. But you can feel the attitude of the other party trying to provide good service. In addition, the old central location just across the road from Beiyuan Restaurant can definitely be a reason to stay here again next time.

The hotel room and walkway llooks to be very new ,probably just done major renovation. Rooms are very spacious, we can open up 2 x big luggages and there is still plenty of room to walk. The metro is a 5 mins walk in front of the hotel. Around the both corners there are plenty of nice cantonese restaurant at very reasonable price open past 10pm. Level 7 is massage center that is very reasonable and we had a good massage. Will definitely come back again.

Although the hotel has not been open for a long time, there is no smell at all. The service of the little brother and sister at the front desk is great. There is also a treasure box at the front desk, which is full of... It is a small gadget that is easy to forget for daily use. It is very considerate and adds to the good impression. The room is very simple, but the slippers and toiletries provided are very high-end, better than those in some star hotels. There are also many types of breakfast. Yes, the meat and vegetarian food was very good. It was a very satisfying stay. I highly recommend it.

My stay was pleasant . Location is excellent this best point for me. Room also very good. Breakfast not so much. They could do a simple fried egg one side cooked neither have some bacon . Toaster also was not working properly so wasted a lot of time making a toast . After 5 days trip this became very tyring. It’s more of a Chinese type of breakfast which is a bit of a shame. Nevertheless I rate hotel with a 4. It’s pretty good option . I will return I think.

The location is very good, and the surrounding area is full of fireworks. After dinner, you can take a walk along the Pearl River. The room was big and very clean. What I like most is that there are enough water pipes in the room, which is very considerate for those who have a big need for mineral water. My only complaint is that the shower head switch in the bathroom is a bit tight and requires a lot of effort to switch on and off.

This hotel is located at a plaza but has only 2 levels (level 3 and 4). Although the reception area is not impressive, the rooms were excellent. The twin bedded room that we stayed in were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. They even provide a humidifier unit in the room. The air-condition were excellent and the bath water pressure were strong. There's even piped music which you can control (located next to the hair dryer socket). Excellent service with impetuous honesty: my wife left her handphone in the room after we checked out and only realised 5 hours later. We went back to the reception and they duly kept it safe for us to collect. Kudos to the cleaning staff. Location is great as it is walking distance to Beijing Lu (shopping street) and also to the cruise wharf. For those who commute using the metro, it is located near Haizhu Square stop.

The environment is clean and hygienic. The family room we set is spacious. You can see the scenery outside by the window, especially at night. It is very convenient to go to Beijing Road, Shamian Island, Shangxiajiu Pedestrian Street. We walked slowly and received us. I don’t know if it’s the boss. Very enthusiastic, The only downside is that the hot water supply time is not long. If you take a bath, you have to wash it quickly, otherwise there will be no hot water, and you have to wait for 15-20 minutes.

I am impressed by this hotel. Good for single person going Guangzhou for business short trip. Location 5-6 mins walk from mrt station. This station also easy to travel to Guangzhou popular attractions such as Beijing road, Chen Jia Zi, Guangdong Folks Arts Museum. Nearby hotel you can find 7-11, Starbucks, Mac within short walking distance. Opposite hotel portion of Yang Zhi Jiang for your walk or jog. If you like old canton style food such as roast pork, roast goose etc, there are restaurants nearby or you may sit at the local small eatery shops and enjoy these canton food. However, don’t expect a big room with fridge from this hotel. Also the breakfast provided don’t expect too high. But I like the staff there - they are helpful and cheerful. Know how to guide us here and there as this is my friend and I first visit to Guangzhou. Special thanks to this receptionist girl Shen Meng Jie 沈梦洁 for her warm service to guide our trip here

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here — the construction during the period only affected us on our first day (cleaning of windows). It was the NYE/New Year’s period and the Beijing Road area was always bustling and crowded but the security here did their jobs well. The room facilities are also new and clean. Only downside was the hdmi port of the TV wasn’t really accessible, but Apple TV casting could be used. The security was also friendly to us as we had some parcels throughout our stay. Oh and, Mcdonalds and Chagee (and many other malls) are located right beside the hotel — score!

打掃衞生阿姨眼裡就衹有客人的紙箱子是吧。我專門放垃圾的袋子，放在床邊兩天沒人收拾。第二天早上才拿着袋子問我這能拿走嗎。放在床邊裏面裝滿了泡沫泡沫紙的紙箱子24小時不到就被“勤勞的”打掃走了🤣。前一天晚上怕阿姨早上拿走我還專門把一包濕廁紙放在箱子的泡沫紙上。第二天一聽到打掃衞生的聲音就出來，一看箱子還是沒了。阿姨還有心思跟我吵架🤣🤣。好刁鑽啊大姐，我的泡沫紙你倒是還回來啊🤣口口聲聲不是賣紙箱子的，那怎麼泡沫紙就扔了紙箱子就不扔啊🤲🏻🤣

I'm very satisfied with the price. It's a newly opened hotel, so the room is still very clean and bright. It's just that the room is small, but it's very close to the attractions. It's no problem to walk back after playing! It’s almost done after crossing Haizhu Bridge. The lady at the front desk is also very nice. Highly recommended.

At first I saw that it was in the surrounding buildings like the old city, and I felt that it might be pitted. I also felt unremarkable from the outside, but I felt very warm when I entered it. It was much better than I thought. Hahahaha, the corridor was clean and tidy. My room is relatively cost-effective. The room was very clean and warm, there was no tattered or anything, and everything was complete. The front desk lady sister service is also very good, very gentle. I think the only bad point is the poor sound insulation. The aunt who cleaned the corridor outside was also clear. The knock on the door next door in the middle of the night made me think that the knock was our scare. The door of the next room was closed and opened. It was actually audible. I was awakened by the cat barking outside at six o'clock. Other guests are noisy when they go out one after another. They can’t say that they are very loud. They can say that the sound insulation is really bad. Others feel very good.

Very comfortable stay experience! The room is spacious and bright, clean and tidy! The service is very thoughtful and meticulous, the front desk is very intimate, and mineral water is also sent! There is a large square next to it, watching movies and eating food! It is about 100 meters away from Exit D of the Second Palace of the subway city, which is convenient for travel. Will come next time, five-star praise! Highly recommend to everyone!

The scenery is very good, adjacent to the Pearl River, and the night view is beautiful and very healing.
