There is no understanding about privacy in this hotel. If you need to inform guests about you will check fire alarm - you can inform them at the check in . No need to send housekeeper to give me the paper when I already in the room and maybe I'm sleeping or having *ex with my wife. Even if you need to give me this paper - you can put it under the door. No need to knock like a crazy and ringing. So I need to stop what I'm doing and go open the door just to stop this crazy lady from breaking in. Also not cool , that after shower I need to wipe the floor with towel cause there is no rubber at the shower's door. Will attach the photos. Also why only 3 portions of coffee? We are a couple. So or you left 2 or 4. Why 3? Like we drink coffee together and than only one of us? From other point, guy at the reception understood my complain, apologize and offered us a bottle of wine. It's nice , but next time we will go to Jumeirah 🤷🏻

Amenities: The room wasn't equipped with a refrigerator, consider this if storing food or drinks is important. Also the temperature of the shower is not consistent. Noise: Noise insulation was disappointing. Late-night corridor noise and loud neighbors disrupted sleep. Service: Unfortunately, encountered unhelpful staff while requesting assistance with Alipay due to being international travelers. Overall: Consider this hotel for its excellent location, but be prepared for potential noise issues and limited amenities. Service could be improved, especially for international guests.

Convenient location in Tianhe. Clean and comfortable. kitchen fully equipped with utensils. Breakfast place is small and a little bit each of Chinese Japanese western but sufficient. Staff can speak English or Japanese also. In-room info says there’s a delivery robot in the hotel but during my stay staff delivered to my room each time, sometimes took up to half an hour to be delivered to my room. On a semi long trip would definitely consider staying here again.

Facilities: The facilities are very complete. If I need a small toilet seat to take care of my children, the boss even bought me a new one. I also got all the extra quilts I needed. Hygiene: Good hygiene and very clean. Environment: It is a mixed-use hotel, but there is no noise in the room and it is very quiet to sleep at night. Although it's very close to the subway, it's only a minute's walk away, but Line 3 is really dead, so we still take a taxi when we go out, and it's very cheap. We booked a two bedroom apartment which was nice and spacious. The room was tidy but cleanliness could have been better. There was dust near the entrance and under some of the curtains that had not been vacuumed/removed. The room itself is fairly old, there are stains and age marks in the kitchen and kitchen appliances. The furniture is decent but is aged and worn, for example, the study table drawers do not close smoothly once opened and the wardrobe doors do not slide smoothly. We requested two additional towels but received only hand towels which was disappointing.

I was a solo traveler so the main problem for me was plenty running screaming children in the hallway. The door to my room didn’t block all the noise from the outside so I could hear those children running and yelling most all the time. I understand maybe this hotel is a family friendly one but at least try to give some quiet space for travelers without kids. The room was clean and nice, the view from the room was amazing because of the location. The breakfast is nice as well not mentioning the same running children in the restaurant which could cause to some unpleasant accidents.
