登記位置簡陋，房間有小強不在講，電視開到永遠是無信號睇唔到，最大件事那麼熱的天氣空調開到有著的聲音時自動轉E8關機，再著仍時這樣，想通知前台但房內聯絡前枱的機是壞的，結果在預訂平台找了找聯絡電話，致電上後，跟前台投訴後要求更換另一房間被拒，更要求我們再試幾次，如不行再送上一台風扇，當然直至早上並沒有跟進及送上風扇的，十分失望！ 再跟大家講講等𨋢情況，每次都要等好耐先順利上到，但成功入到𨋢並不代表成功上到樓層，當時𨋢內只有9人包括我地一家四口第一批進𨋢的，但因關不上門是否懷疑超載，其他人要求我們一家四口先出𨋢試一試，結果即關門，再要重新等侯，第二次結果再這樣，經過我們的堅持不上當，我們用了25分鐘多才上到樓層！如不是兩晚一次性全付款，我真是想立即退房！這次住宿是本家庭最火滾的一次！

아파트형 호텔로써 최고의 가성비를 가지고있습니다.
방안에 세탁기가 준비되어 편리하게 사용하였으며 넓은 방과 화장실/샤워실이 분리된점이 좋습니다. 도시가 내려다보이는 뷰는 가히 최고라고 말할 수 있을것같습니다. 교통 포함 모든것이 맘에 들었습니다.
다음번에 오게된다면 다시 이용하겠습니다.

一個晚上，全是蚊子，酒店不滅蚊，大人孩子被咬了十幾口，貪便宜選的，含淚住了一晚上。除了前台小夥態度還可以，其他都很差，誰住誰後悔。

和網站圖片符合，乾淨衞生，床墊軟軟的，睡起來很舒服，中央空調很暖和，有什麼事給前台打個電話都能解決，前台小姐姐服務很好，還詳細講解了wifi密碼，過來房間幫忙鏈上

衞生：很差 床上的被單還有黑的腳印？？
也沒有一次性拖鞋
設施：燈有一個是壞的 床頭沒有充電插口
環境：牆上的牆皮有脱落 酒店提供的紙巾也是黃黃的捲紙
酒店旁邊晚上和早上都有高鐵經過有點吵
唯一的優點就是離廣州東站近一點叭

特別差的地方，到處是頭髮，沙發破皮，微波爐櫃子裏面全是臭味黴味，環境不乾淨，唯一唯一的優點就是離火車站近了
