亮點是大面積的園林美景（賓館佔地750畝），樹木、草坪、水景、曲橋、水榭、亭台都是嶺南庭園的設計，極佳！可媲美廣東名園。遊玩觀賞攝影皆宜。大堂裏幾幅名畫和幾件工藝品也很有看頭。服務員熱情有禮，開遊覽車帶我們遊園賞景。客房乾淨，環境清幽。餐廳點餐稍貴，但出品很好，物有所值。尤其是金牌炭火燒雞，皮脆肉香，每人都讚不絕口。早餐有好幾個品種，分量足，配牛奶，衹是大圓桌拼台有些不習慣。我們是廣州人，純粹是慕名而來，感覺確實名不虛傳，是園林式賓館的精品。

房間還是乾淨舒服的，床上用品也是清潔舒適，5月初的氣侯還可以不用開空調。空氣清新，睡覺舒服。
早餐的出品質量也不錯，但選擇不是很多。晚餐的菜品也不是算多，但出品質量挺好，餐廳環境舒適寬敞。園林景觀一流。

他們家的園林是非常棒的，裏面的環境非常好，有湖有山，還有小橋，生態非常的好，早晨可以聽到鳥叫。
設施：美中不足的是，我住在二樓，有人在外面玩，説話的聲音可以聽到，隔音不是太好
酒店房間的設施比較的老，貼近牀頭櫃有一股黴味。早餐不太豐盛，圓桌吃比較尷尬。

酒店入住體驗差，服務意識缺乏，房間有黴味有蚊蟲，洗漱用品質量差，設施比較舊，整體非常不推薦，性價比太低，衝著之前的名聲去的…結果太讓人失望了

房間很差，設施停留在80年代。有關幹部人員玩剩下的，就是宣傳噱頭。另外看到好多服務員在走廊玩手機，客人走過去也不招呼，一副高高在上的樣子。就是以前部隊的營房，半夜都是牛蛙在叫，周圍環境陰森，非常恐怖，沒睡着覺，硬是撐到天亮。廣州應該是個很開化的城市，人們非常務實低調。這家賓館從裡到外高高在上，感覺到非常震驚，現在外面隨便一個四星級和五星級酒店都比這個好幾倍。然後在裏面的那些幹部感覺松園非常**的樣子，其實已經非常落後了，有點自娛自樂的意思。 各位想花錢買受罪，歡迎去那裡體驗一下。
