👍跟閨蜜過來旅遊入住這家酒店，我們提早到了能夠主動幫我們寄存行李，酒店非常好，乾淨衞生，進大堂前台工作人員服務很熱情很有耐心，酒店還有機器人點外賣直接送到房間很nice，房間有智能小度，我閨蜜一整天都在跟小度對話她多無聊啊！！😃酒店離地鐵站走路就幾分鐘，去廣州塔夜遊珠江很方便！周邊小吃店很多小飯館啥的，交通便利，吃貨的姐妹可以沖性價比也不錯酒店非常好尤其前台服務非常貼心，還有個商場，可以去逛逛購購物；離動物園也不遠，下次還來入住的，總之非常滿意的一次出遊推薦！！下次來必首選

酒店是新開業的酒店，很乾凈，智能化的設施很不錯，這次來廣州長隆，步行到長隆北門20分鐘，很方便，距離地鐵口10多分鐘，去哪都比較方便，附近吃飯也很方便！

門前在裝修近期來的可以慎重考慮，出租車沒辦法到門口，拖着行李過去。服務可以，室內可以就是空間小點。見圖。距離野生動物不遠，我們騎車過去的，附近飯店很多，水果好吃。

性價比酒店 酒店裡麪配套的智能 窗簾、馬桶、空調、燈光一系列的智能設備，還設有智能機器人，前台服務熱情，衞生/寧靜/安全的住宿環境，門口修路，導航能找到，離長隆野生動物園車程10分鐘左右，可以説很好的一家酒店。

不推薦入住這家酒店。1 酒店服務很不好，前台辦入住，多要一張房卡就説沒有，各種理由説不行，對面酒店人家就可以給，你們為什麼不行？2 洗衣服務很差，收不收費無所謂，關鍵在廣東這種地方你的烘乾機起碼要給力吧，烘乾要還是潮濕的，衣架也不夠用，一晚上都沒晾乾，這叫烘乾機？3 我定的是帶早餐的，入住的時候沒有給早餐券，前台是幹嘛用的？不知道客人定的房間帶早餐嗎？4 酒店早餐很一般，既然這樣還不如在房間費上減價，不要做早餐。5 打掃衞生服務很不到位，敷衍了事而已。6 周邊環境太差，停車非常不方便。還趕在這邊在修路的時候…7 床下的夜燈也太敏感了，並且不能關，晚上睡覺腳稍微越過床邊就會亮，這個很無語，讓客人怎麼睡？你們不會搞智能化就不要搞，弄這麼多花樣真的是畫蛇添足。8 隔音做的一般，晚上臨街的會很吵。樓道和上下樓的隔音也很差。總之在外面住了這麼多年酒店，沒見過讓我體驗如此之差的酒店，有些鄉村酒店的整體服務都要比這裏強，離長隆並不是很近，位置距離也很尷尬，這家酒店從整體來講一點優勢都沒有，你們老闆真的不是做酒店的這塊料，早早收拾包袱回家種田吧！
