Hygiene: very poor😡 I've been on a business trip for so long. This is the first time I've stayed at such a bad hotel. I made an order with Ctrip and got an upgraded room type. When I checked in, I asked the front desk clerk if my room had been upgraded. The front desk didn't respond. I smelled a strong smell as soon as I entered the room. The smell was so bad that I opened the window to ventilate it. I saw that the room type was not upgraded at all. I thought it was too late and I was too lazy to care. I took a shower and came out to get a towel. I was so angry that I was really speechless. I just wiped it with the towel. The floor was all black, but she folded it up neatly and put it there😡 I called the waiter and asked the waiter. Her attitude was as if I owed her a debt and she responded to the room upgrade issue. She told me that I would have to pay the difference for the upgrade. I clearly told her about my order. Even though I was entitled to a free upgrade, she kept replying to pay the price difference and then reported the issue of towels. The front desk gave me the answer that the room was equipped with disposable towels, but there was no such thing. She told me that the room did not have any, so she went to the corridor to see if there was a cart for herself. Go get it 🙂 I’m really convinced. Since it’s a disposable towel, why is there a towel in the room if it’s not available? It looks like it's dirty! The next time I discovered the hygiene issues, I was speechless! ! ! The sheets and pillows were all stained with oil, and the bedside table was all dusty. It looked like they hadn't been cleaned. There is no drinking water in the room, which even the simplest hotel cannot do, and the front desk staff did not report the problem! The room upgrade issue was solved after I reported it to Ctrip’s official customer service Regarding the issue of room hygiene, I never heard a single reply from the hotel staff, not even an apology! ! !

The service is really one of the worst. When I checked in this afternoon, I found that the projector was crooked. I wanted to call the front desk, but found that the pager was broken. Then I went to the platform to find their home phone number to call. Then the other person responded by asking the aunt to come over and get it done right away. I waited for an hour and she still hadn’t come back to get it done. Then around three o’clock in the afternoon, when I was about to go out, I stopped by the front desk and told her again. She also said that it would be done right away and she would wait for me at eight o’clock in the evening. When I came back after clicking a button, the projector was still crooked and the pager was still broken. I went to the platform to find a phone and called the front desk four times. I didn't get the call the first two times. I picked up the second time. I hung up immediately and finally answered the phone the last time. Then I asked the front desk what was going on, and she would only say that she didn't know they were already off work. I only came to take over at 6 pm, and finally said sorry! I'm also convinced. The most basic service in this hotel is so poor. How can you let other people stay? It will only shirk responsibility. At least you have to report it to your superiors! I was so drunk that I encountered such a rubbish hotel for the first time. And the most important thing is that when I call the front desk and ask, the front desk will always say I don’t know🤷! ! ! I am speechless😓

環境很不錯，有洗衣房出行時間久也很方便，前台小姐姐服務態度很好。
