和家是機酒的合作酒店，酒店在一棟大型民樓的四和五樓，有電梯可達，房間較大，乾淨，整體感覺很舒服，較易入睡，刷牙洗臉有熱水和冷水兩種 酒店的接送機服務也很不錯，有叫醒服務，周邊環境一般，作為趕早班機的酒店很不錯的。

一晚上沒睡。被子濕涼，床單很臟，可能這兩天廣州比較冷，給前台打電話要換一個被子，她説都一樣，我也是無語了，大半夜也不能再出去訂酒店，很難忘的一次經歷

買飛機票贈送的酒店，離機場很近，附近有很多小店，關鍵是酒店有送機服務，特別貼心。而且環境也很衞生，房間寬敞，以後乘機還可以定這家店！

晚上接機的司機師傅好好 酒店房間也不錯 但是 可但是 第二天早上那個司機師傅太差勁 我們四個人 三個老年人 不經常出門 不熟悉機場環境 我們要搭大巴車在B區 司機直接把我們丟在A區害我們差不多周遊了廣州機場 找地方買票 拖着大批行李 到處問路 走了一個小時才找到乘車點 l😤😤😤下次希望不要遇到這樣的不良司機
