What I liked: • Location is excellent — just a short walk from the metro station and close to local eateries. • The room was clean and well-maintained, with fresh linens and a comfortable bed. • Staff were courteous and tried to help whenever I had questions. • Wi-Fi was free and fairly stable throughout the stay.

The staff is very kind and were able to communicate in English. The airport pick-up service was very convenient for late check-ins and I was able to get a much needed shower and sleep after a long flight. The room is clean, the shower has good water pressure, and the beddings are soft and nice. I would definitely recommend! Will be staying here when I come to Guangzhou again!

Super Convenient and Surprisingly Spacious! Stayed here for a quick stop near the airport and was really impressed. They have a free shuttle to pick you up and drop you off, which made things super easy. I got there early and they let me check in at 8am - such a lifesaver after a long flight! The room was way bigger than I expected, super clean, and the bed and pillows were really comfy. Honestly, way better than I thought it would be. Would totally stay again.worth the price!

It should be central hot water. If you live in the end room, it will take a long time to turn on the hot water. It is recommended that the main pipe be circulated. Friendly staff. Confident self-service laundry on level 5 with a washing machine and dryer. Rooms are serviced and cleaned daily. Breakfast has a good selection of options and coffee machine included. Across the road is a popular dumpling restaurant. Other great food in walking distance.

I arrived very early in the morning but was picked up no problem. The room was very clean, but there are some water issues that need to be fixed because when the sun comes up, the room has a smell. And the ac wasn't working in my room Apart from that ok

Very high tech operation with robots snd automatic lights/drapes etc. Convenient shuttles to airport and subway. The water was not hot enough but the hotel engineer made it piping hot. The breakfast was excellent for the room price. Above all, the service and responsiveness were outstanding. The location is a little far from the city centre and the surroundings are a little grubby … but the shuttle/subway offers travel flexibility and starbucks is close by!
