Amazing location, amazing service. Very convenient to the metro station and eateries. Rooms are clean and tastefully decorated. Simple and nice. The only setback is if you travel there from the airport via metro, there is no lift from the subway to ground level 😅 the service of the hotel staff is fantastic. They helped to order a suitcase and got it delivered within 30mins. Breakfast selection is below average though.

Maiden trip with a close friend. We needed privacy during our sleep so we decided to book for 2 bedroom type. Hotel is shared with another local chain hotel. The elevator needed some time to take as the lift programming is somehow not coordinating well. The hotel provides simple afternoon high tea as well as coffee and drinks (beer in the night) daily. The hotel is located within walking distance to Line 3 Metro but unsheltered. There are many malls just a stone throw away. Many popular eateries and beverages (eg milk tea) are very accessible. There is a spa next to the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel during my visit to the fair. They truly understand the needs of travelers attending the event — from the amenities to the location, everything was just right. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of options — not only Chinese dishes but also international choices. I especially appreciated the grab-and-go station with water, fruit, and bread, available both in the morning and again when returning from the fair. It was such a thoughtful touch that made a real difference during busy days. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, with tea and coffee provided — perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Their warmth really elevated the whole experience. The location is also very convenient: just a 15-minute walk to the fairgrounds or one quick stop by subway. I’ll definitely be coming back next time. Highly recommended!

This is not a BnB per se as they do not serve breakfast unless you pay for it. The location is nice, 500 yards from Guangzhou tower where there are nice restaurants. 500 yards in a different direction gets you to the Kecun metro station where the big Kecun mall (not sure what the name is) is located. Also lots of restaurants and shopping. The hotel staff is very friendly. They don't have a lot of rooms but their high-level (9th floor) rooms have great views.

The room is very clean, tidy and comfortable. It is also very quiet. The newly opened hotel is very comfortable. The laundry room and breakfast are very convenient. It is less than 500 to 600 meters away from the subway entrance. It takes less than 10 minutes to get there by taxi to the exhibition center. It takes 25 minutes to walk. The hotel is on the fourth floor of the office building... The front desk service is very enthusiastic. Every time you pass by, they will take the initiative to say hello... It is very warm... I will continue to stay next time

very friendly staff working at the reception especially the manager Liu who is there for all questions. Big respect for Liu. The rooms are very nice and clean. and of course the robots that are the hit of the hotel😅♥️

Great location - 5mins walk to tiyu xilu train station which is link to Tee mall , parc central and grandview mall , lotsa food and shopping options  Hotel is very clean with comfortable beds and have all necessary amenities ,  Smoke free hotel only con is that the bathroom has frosted glass which is visible from the bed

Get a room facing the city. The view is beautiful during the day and the night . The room was comfortable for 3 adults and the bedding and towels were clean. The free drinks were really nice and plenty water was always provided. The breakfast was basic but a vegetarian could do. The coffee was quality. Ask for help with the machine. The staff was friendly and helpful. And the laundry room was excellent . The room could be cleaned more thoroughly. The corners had thick dust and the floor had a nail clipping from somewhere else. The shower could also have used a deep clean to break down the soap scum and build up. The hotel is in an excellent location! Would book again.

Very helpful front desk staff and one can speak English which made check in seamless. They were especially helpful for my ******* order, as it was delivered to the wrong hotel! Location of the hotel is convenient and the rooms are spacious, modern and clean. My advice would be to ensure corridors and communal areas are non-smoking as the smell wafts into the bedrooms which is not nice. Also, the ‘fresh air’ switch on the wall is also not fresh air but has a strong cigarette smell. I wish China would ban indoor smoking like to many other countries!!

The hotel location is good, close to metro station but not close to 珠江新城, my room size doesn’t has a desk to work, the shampoo botols is sky high attached in the bathroom (not easy to take) but they have alternatives. Good thing is they have excellent service staff but the downside is there’s no room phone, only can communicate via WeChat.
