"Typical transit hotel very close to Sao Paolo airport Guarulhos. I had a small room in first floor not far from reception. Room was clean and comfortable, can’t hear airplanes much. Staff friendly and helpful. In morning hotel serve normal buffet breakfast."
"I was satisfied with this hotel very much. I plannef to live here for many times many days. It's too bad that this hotel can not deposit the luggage for some days, only one day. But I can't always take the luggage with me. So I have to cancel all the later reservation in this hotel, and shouldn't come back again."
"It exceeded my expectations! I'd read a lot of bad reviews about this place but actually there's nothing wrong with it apart from having weak wifi but aside from that it serves its purpose. Check in and check out was smooth (if you arrive from the airport on the shuttle bus you will experiencea wait) , breakfast is good, the spacious room was clean, modern and comfortable with a small balcony and staff are helpful. There was a nice garden area with a pool where you can relax if you have a few hours spare before a flight. We had a long wait for our flight so walked to the nearest mall 20 minutes away....uber is very cheap if you prefer. Despite the hotel location being close to a busy motorway the hotel is remarkably peaceful. This is our 4th stay near GRU airport and this was my favourite mid range hotel to date. From now on this will be my hotel of choice. One thing to bear in mind...the hotel shuttle bus service to GRU does not operate on Sundays."
"It’s fine for a layover. Some parts of the room are clean but the sheets had stains and the top cover did not look clean. Friendly and attentive staff but only one person checking guests in, I had to wait about 20 minutes to get checked in. Shuttle to the airport was easy and straightforward. However, I waited nearly an hour for the shuttle from the airport."
"The room was a good size, and the breakfast spread was very generous. The airport shuttle service was also excellent. Luka at the front desk was incredibly warm and provided attentive service. Much appreciated!"
"Standard 3 star hotel. Staff were helpful, the room was comfortable, but the aircon was poor as was the selection of TV cable stations. Breakfast selection was OK. Its the type of hotel you that is best used for a night prior to or after a flight to/from Sao Paulo. There is a free airport shuttle service."
"The hotel was the most comfortable and the hotel was the location, it took us only 10 minutes to reach the airport (by 3 a.m.), the friendly staff and the normal Ibis hotel. However, I think the facilities are a little disappointed, the bathroom door of the room where I hosted (stage 15) was wrongly fitted and did not close, there was no bathing shampoo**** (the bottle was empty), The lift was old (it had a glass grinding on the top) I think by the price per night they could re-model the facilities. I have already visited other Ibis, 1 in Peru and this is the second in Brazil and it disappointed me a little, I thought they would be like the previous ones where I hosted."
"I have been in the Monreale Plus Guarulhos hotel a few times. There are friendly and helpful front desk, Every time they have excellent services. I want to express my gratitude specially for Mayla who is working in the front desk. Thank you very much for everything. See you soon again Monreale Plus Guarulhos hotel's Team"
"The hotel is good, location is convenient, but not worthy what it charges (about USD250). It's old, conservation is just ok. Not deserving a Mariott flag."

GGuest UserFrankly at the price it charges and the fact that it's within a close range to the airport, my question is why not?
The lady there she even provides you with some breakfast.
Here's the thing, just as you arrive at the airport use either Uber or the official metered taxis. I got ripped off by the dude who says he drives an executive taxi and to get to the hostel (Hostel Lize) I paid 42 dollars whereas in reality ist is like 5 bucks. By the time you realize you are scammed it is too late as you are at the destination. Just a top for you...
But again the hostel, it makes sense to spend your night there.
FFred_HaoThe hotel is relatively close to the airport, but it is not as good as the Mercure in China. It is a bit similar to the express hotels in China. The breakfast is OK, the same thing every day, generally there is no change.
GGuest UserThe receptionist made a mistake with the reservation and made me pay again. They realized they were wrong and refunded my money, but there was a lot of bureaucracy involved in the refund. That bothered me a little because of their lack of information about the customer. They should have correctly asked for the names on the reservation so they wouldn't get confused. Thank you.
CC1HADAI'm posting a picture of the central lobby.
The accommodation is ideal for staying near the airport at a low price. In addition, it was very convenient to provide airport pick-up and drop-off service, and the staff are very friendly!!!
GGuest UserThe hotel sells rooms by the hour. So if you want to sleep an hour before your flight, that's no problem. It's very clean, the staff works 24 hours a day so it's cleaned non-stop. The hotel is located in the terminal so you don't have to worry about transfers. The bathrooms are shared but they are cleaned after each client so it's always clean. The room only had a bed, mirror and sockets. Charge your phone, power banks and sleep.
MM22572****Not bad, close to the airport, with shuttle bus, breakfast is OK, suitable for continuous travel, I booked it for the second time. Although the room is small, the bedding is very comfortable, so I booked it for the second time.
AAttilioAIRSIDE hotel, meaning it's located after security and exit passport/immigration control.
This hotel is the absolute best option if you have a long connection and/or early flight. Please note that because it's located airside (in the internal departures area) you need a valid, scannable boarding pass in order to access it. The only possible downside if that if there is any issue with getting your boarding pass (for example the day before, if like me you wanna sleep there and be ready to go to your gate the day after) that will always be a risk, as it will likely be too late to get a refund on your booking.
However, other than the risk with the boarding pass, this is absolutely the best hotel location wise. It was extremely clean, good bed, shower, room, etc, perfect. Also, I don't smoke, but it may be of interest to some travellers that they have an outside, open air garden, inside the hotel for smokers.
RRene AlvesBest cost-effective. The hotel is very close to Guarulhos Airport and always strives to serve you in the best possible way, from food to transportation, offering many advantages at very competitive prices. From my observation, they are still being renovated, but upstairs, it is the perfect choice to receive guests. Back in Guarulhos, I will definitely book again
