This is the worst Vienna hotel I have ever experienced. This hotel is not worthy of this level. It has just been renovated, the decoration materials are very poor, the smell is very strong, and the hotel is full of poor materials. The hotel towels are very dirty, the original white ones are all dark yellow and sticky to the touch, and the toothbrush cups are not sterilized, and there are water marks in them. When boiling water in the kettle, the whole table is shaking, you can imagine how bad this table is! I am very disappointed to stay here when I come here for tourism. I hope Vienna can improve its quality and not mix good and bad, otherwise it will lose the trust of the people!

I traveled to Guilin with my family and stayed at Vienna Lingui Chengnan Wanda Branch. Two feedbacks: 1: The room and bathroom were clean and tidy, the furniture and facilities were relatively new, and it was very comfortable to live in. 2: The hotel staff had a good attitude, patient and responsible. I left in a hurry the next day and forgot my watch at the hotel. The staff contacted me in time and helped to express it, avoiding the loss of the guests. I like the staff. A small comment: The hotel parking lot has not been completed, there are not enough parking spaces, and parking is inconvenient. I will continue to choose to stay in this hotel next time.
